I ordered a couple of things today and had to wait about 1.5 hours to get it eventually without a coffee and with pudding that tastes spoiled (comparing the same thing before). New York price, late USSR quality and service. Never more.

Bad service, impolite waiters. The food quality is really unstable. I'm afraid they might spit in my mug next time if they read the review 😆

Nice chain café. Pretty good as for chain, but not so good as independent. To high prices of food, good coffee, but not enough for coffee snobs 🙂

Delicious coffee, one of the few places in Belgrade where there is cappuccino xxl. The food is always delicious and different, the bowls are generally on fire. It is always a pleasant atmosphere to sit and chat about everything in the world. Cute dogs are always running around, which the owners bring, and sometimes you can cuddle the dogs) it can be smoky in the room, as everywhere in Serbia. I like the smoke, so like it too. The service can be long, as again everywhere in Serbia. But it's not super long and sometimes it's fast if you sit next to the cash register. Instead of all the cafes in the center, I still choose to go to this cafe over and over again. There are sofas and tables to sit or work on, always the same quality of food and coffee and a sense of comfort. English is spoken calmly here in 80% of cases, which is also sometimes important. In general, I don't understand how there can be 2.9 stars here when this is the best place for me in six months. Therefore, I decided to add this comment, for universal justice.

I take off the star for the fact that the hoods work very poorly, it can be unbearably smoky in the room, as well as sometimes you have to look for waiters and catch them yourself

The food is delicious and there is a large selection of different coffees, the prices are reasonable.
I was a little disappointed with the speed of service. One pathetic sandwich (see photo) waited a little less than 30 minutes.
Previously, we ordered breakfast from them, it was more fun, I recommend ordering remotely through local applications.
