It's a great cafe, we found it by chance on our last trip. Beautiful view of the Golden Horn and the city from the panoramic window, delicious food - we took pizza, various pasta and scrambled eggs. A decent cappuccino. And the prices are very low, especially for a cafe with such a view. We've been here three times already, and we'll be happy to come again.

The view is beautiful! There are several nuances: it's better to go to this cafe from the grand bazaar, otherwise it's hard to get up from the embankment (I'm not young anymore), then you need to have an Istanbul SIM card, because the menu is online. Otherwise, it's a good cafe and yes, there's a hookah bar at the very top and there's no point in going up three floors, well, if you don't smoke))
