Plus - good location, the waiter is friendly Minus - we waited a long time for the order, the food is average in taste and the waiter very persistently told us that 15% extra is not service, but some kind of mythical VAT. The most favorite restaurant in Tbilisi! The service is very fast, the menu is huge, the selection of hinkels is impressive! There is a lot of space, large tables. Clean, tasty, pleasant service. The prices are very pleasant. Perfect for lunch)

Well, not really. It is more expensive than in other places, the waiters are too lazy to work, as if they are doing favors. They can stand to take an order and just look away and start talking. At the end of the world, 15 percent is added. You ask for what - they say that on the first page it's all there, it's VAT. I came to eat, not to read the food purchase agreement.
