We had a rest in Pitsunda at the Mon Ami hotel on 07/22/24. This is a heavenly place. The hotel is located by the sea. The sea is clear and clean. The beach is perfectly clean. There are 10-15 people on the beach during the day. The hotel is located in a landscaped park. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. A room with a large double bed, a modern cot for a child. Wardrobe,refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer are all in excellent condition, as new. Bathroom, shower in the room. The bed was changed at the request of those who like it, we changed it 2 times in 10 days. Bath towels and face towels for 2 pcs. per person. The coffee is cozy, it was cooked very tasty and fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. 5-7 min walk from the hotel. there is an embankment with high-rise hotels, where there is a small water park, various coffees, kiosks with ice cream, juices. On the other side of the hotel, you can walk 10 minutes through the park to the Cypress Alley, where there is a market and a lot of coffee, then go to the center. There is a Yummy coffee in the center, where delicious breakfasts and lunches are served, it is beautiful, cozy, there is a playground.We will definitely go with great pleasure.

We have been to Mon Ami before, we have been now and we will be again! The best hotel in Pitsunda for a sea holiday. Very pleasant rooms with a beautiful view, the owner tries to make super comfortable conditions around the hotel for relaxing gazebos, sun beds, hammocks, swings, ottomans, tables, etc. Very tasty cuisine. The only thing that upset me a little is the lack of dummies, please reconsider this point)

We had a rest at the nearby Santa Sofia hotel, we ate at this cafe all the rest. Friendly and customer-oriented staff. The menu is varied, there are dishes both European and local. Everything is very tasty and, importantly, safe. Many thanks to Elya, the cafe employee, the bartender, the girl, and the cook Ekaterina. The staff is friendly and have become good friends for us during the holidays!
The tables in the cafe overlooking the beach and the sea, it is VERY beautiful and invites you to come back here again and again.

The only advantages are the view of the sea and the beautiful sunset. This is not a restaurant or even a cafe, the kitchen is not tasty, it means nothing to say, we ordered kharcho soup, brought rice porridge in broth, carbonara is sticky pasta with a taste of butter. I ordered homemade cognac, it's just vodka diluted with sweet tea, never visit this place. It sucks completely.

The drinks are very good (everything except coffee)
There is a specific local cheese in the food all the time, and after several trips to the cafe, this cheese began to make me sick. I recommend potted dumplings and salads from the positions, they are excellent. Don't take pancakes with meat, it's a nightmare

I don't know where such high marks come from! 1 star for the location, everything else is "0". The price tag is like in the center on the embankment. The hall is uncomfortable, there is a strange smell. The view of the sea is covered by an inflatable trampoline, which is not needed, the employee was sleeping peacefully in its shade. The hotel on the 2nd floor is generally a separate story. Why are the owners so lazy?! Such opportunities for development are simply gorgeous, but here money is being mowed down from those who have arrived and will not return to them yet! They were open from the earliest time until late at night. Delicious food, relatively inexpensive, wonderful talkative female employees. there is no service - I want to come, I don't want to come. the kitchen is even worse. the schnitzel has unroasted meat, the quote "smells like rotten meat" + pieces of lard, there is an incomprehensible taste of wax in khachapuri, but it itself has no taste, they did not finish eating spices or salt

Surprisingly, it is delicious at home! After reading reviews about how many cases of poisoning in Abkhazia, I went on vacation with half a glass of remedies for diarrhea))) not a single pill was useful! The sea is clean, the cuisine is delicious, and not only in this cafe, we even went to have lunch in the Yummy dining room… There are queues at the entrance!

The guys are waiters, they are bartenders - well done, they are trying. Good draft beer and cheesecakes (if available). The constant lack of a part of the dishes. A red-haired hostess with a claim, instead of walking with the children, it would be better to go shopping. The owner of the hotel above the cafe is the same story, a lover of making remarks to vacationers.
