In my opinion, the autumn-spring season is the best cafe in the city. It would be desirable to somehow exclude the appearance of not sober "muddy" personalities and everything is fine. In the summer, of course, it's great. Clearly, it plays out precisely due to the location. As for comparing prices and quality of service, it takes a very long time to describe the little things that make up the overall assessment.
