Review of the restaurant "Marmaris" It used to be the Chaika restaurant, now renamed to Marmaris, although the menu remains the same. The impressions from the visit were extremely negative. There were many disadvantages. We decided to celebrate the start of our vacation and came to dinner. The waiter was waited for more than an hour, despite promises to come in 5 minutes. The order was also carried out for an hour, and one dish was not brought at all. We had to approach the issue of the bill, and then they informed us that the last dish was ready — after 2 hours! Naturally, they refused. As a result, we spent the evening in a spoiled mood for a check from 3 thousand. Then an upset stomach, fever, vomiting, and so on came over us. The one who didn't have time to eat turned out to be the happiest of us. Clear advice: avoid this place, it can cost you dearly in health.
Bottom line:
-Terrible service.
- High prices for dishes.
- Long wait.
- The dishes are like a time bomb.
-Possible damage to health (poisoning).

Then a long wait for the dishes. The salad was brought, it started to rain, but neither blankets nor a transplant were offered to us. We had to find a table ourselves and carry the dishes. I asked to bring chairs (the table was empty), the waiter brought wet ones from the street🫣
And what do you think, until I asked, he didn't even wipe them off
We left 4,000 rubles for two, and the next day we both lay with sick stomachs🥴

We have been to this place 2 times during a three-week vacation. We ordered fish dishes from the chef and vegetables on the Grill, wine with a cork. The kitchen is delicious and there is no poisoning, the wine is opened in front of you. A minus star for the small number of staff who do not take out-hence the untimely tables. But everything is solved by a simple request.

The pizza is good, quite for 500 rubles. The service is just a nightmare. You wait for an hour until someone comes to you. The assortment on the menu is good, but in fact more than half is missing (soups, sauces, beer, etc.). We waited for our beer for an hour (maybe longer). Apparently it was on foot from Sukhum. They don't pay attention to the guests at all. I don't recommend coming here. Considering that the price tag here is high compared to other cafes on the coast.

It 's a terrible place . We ordered 2 khachapuri and lemonade . The lemonade was brought almost immediately , and then for 50 minutes we waited for 2 boats , which are made for 10-15 minutes. For an hour , we watched as companies of 3-4 people came, the waiters served them properly , brought everything they ordered and talked sweetly , smiled while we waited with hungry eyes for the order . Nevertheless, after an hour of waiting, they turned to the waiter. He was not at all confused by the indicated fact that we have been waiting for an hour, of course, without even apologizing on behalf of the institution, he said to wait another 12 minutes. As a result, 12 minutes have passed, the waiters bring food to everyone at a fast pace , but again not to us, they chat with everyone for 5 minutes without even looking in our direction while we count the minutes.
From such a service , we just got up and left without paying . Well, now, we will definitely pay back, but in the style of this cafe, next year))
The prices are too high . Two couples left just like us, waiting for the order.

One star for the view, the other for the good food. We visited this cafe several times (to check), all the times we had to wait for them to come up to us, 15-20 minutes. When asked to come up, they answer either "the waiter will come to you now" or simply "now". And you can still sit and wait for 15 minutes. It is clear why the entire Gagra coast takes a percentage for the service - because it is disgusting, and few people will want to leave a tip. But here the attitude of the staff just spoils the mood.

After our indignation at the long wait, all subsequent visitors began to announce the real waiting time - more than an hour. The visitors didn't stay, they left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A BARBECUE from the ordered one. It was like it was cooked yesterday, only warmed up for 50 minutes of our waiting. I won't go and recommend it anymore. And at the end of our dinner, the lights went out, only in this cafe (dining room), there was light all around, and they left in the dark. A huge minus for the owners of the dining room, only they know how to count and collect money well. SHAME ON YOU!!!
