We came to the institution in such a good mood, to have dinner and listen to live music. We take the menu- everything is clear on the prices. There were no questions. We made an order. We know the price in our receipt, plus 10% service. No problem, everything is fine.
They bring three hot ones in turn, looked into each other's mouths. But come on, they ate it. And then they bring a check in which I have to pay 3250 for salmon! That's half a kilo of fish. I'm a girl, not a healthy man. The waitress simply, without warning about the weight of the steak, punches, apparently, the healthiest piece, which I don't even finish. My fault is that I did not specify on the menu whether the final price is for 100g, although the menu does not show that the price is for 100g.
a friend ordered a chicken chop, where the price is indicated for 200 grams of 300 rubles. The amount of 600rubles is brought in the receipt .
I want to say that the waiter does not warn about the possible gramming of the dish and puts it in the most uncomfortable position. Of course, you pay out of confusion. But there are a lot of questions in my head . The waitress pretends to be a complete fool, as if she knows nothing and does not understand, she is very "uncomfortable" and "sorry for what happened."
We left disappointed, upset and left an unpleasant aftertaste from visiting this institution. I never advise anyone to go into this rip-off.
Change the menu, write specific prices, warn customers that the dish is on the gram and that the weight of the dish may surprise.
You work purely for drunk people who can be credited with anything in the check and who absolutely don't care.
But at least when you see normal, adequate and non-drinking people, make an exception and do not deceive.

This cafe is focused on evening visits. It works as if during the day, but no one is in a hurry to come to you during the day. You have to go to the kitchen yourself and ask to call someone who will give you the menu. After that, if this person had something more interesting to do than take an order (in my case, the waitress openly flirted with a male customer), then you will also have to wait a long time. We love Abkhazia very much. And for the first time we were so deceived. We ordered 2 servings of shish kebab and a bottle of wine (it costs 500 rubles according to the menu). They bring an invoice for 5,000 rubles. The bill includes a kilogram of meat and wine for 1000. To which the girl replies that the prices are from the menu last year. And a kilogram of meat is such a portion for them and confidently proved that there is one skewer each. Leaving the establishment (there was no one there except us), the grill had 4 dirty skewers. They were very angry, they asked to take the meat with them, to which the girl said with a smile, "the container is paid." It's a disgusting place. It's a pity we didn't read the reviews when we came here.

The steaks brought us 700 each!!! grams (yes, the steaks were really big, but not by 700 grams exactly + half a lemon and a lettuce leaf, which were weighed together with the fish and of course they were also counted for the price of fish)! The price for 100 grams is 400 ₽. In total, one steak is 2800, two steaks are 5600 ₽. Of course I understand everything, but this is outright robbery. No one warned about this weight

The menu indicates the weight,, Gagra salmon,, - 200/100 (in the menu) when ordering, they clarified, said that the steak could be larger, I work in this field and understand 200 is the weight of the fish- and in ready-made form; 100 is an additional side dish (lettuce, lemon and cherry tomato-3 pieces) - the price is 650 rubles- in fact, this piece of fish has gone for 3900!!! People urge you to read the reviews!!! This will help save money and mood. The waiter charges 10% for the service, but he cannot clearly explain where this price comes from...
