In short, it's tasteless and generally strange how you can spoil such simplicity at all, but people manage to do it. There is no card payment, only transfer or cash, in general, this is the order of things for everyone here, but in other places I can justify this with the low price of food and drinks, I would not say that it is cheap here. But nevertheless: taxes? Receipts? No, I haven't heard.
