I constantly drive along the M-6 Minsk-Grodno highway. When this cafe opened not so long ago, I made a note for myself that it was necessary to stop by, but not immediately, but a little later, in order to give the institution time to launch and test the entire workflow.
And it so happened that on March 15th I visited this cafe for the first time.
For lunch, I ordered borscht, a cheese chop with tomatoes, rustic potatoes and Americano coffee.
A very friendly and sweet girl at the bar quickly took the order, specified the coffee right away (I asked right away) or later and invited me to the table.
The coffee arrived in just a couple of minutes, it was very nice for the compliment (candy) from the establishment, a trifle, but nice!)
Then the borscht was brought...Borscht is just a bomb! 10 out of 10! Very tasty, I can not tear myself away! And serving with pieces of bacon mmm ... I'm sitting at the table, with lard on black bread in one hand and a spoon of borscht in the other... life was a success)
Next was the chop... they cooked it in front of me, I actually heard it being beaten off in the kitchen). The chop tastes pretty good, but the tomato was cut into small squares under the cheese, but otherwise it's almost classic. Well, it's hard to spoil potatoes in a rustic way, as well as to come up with something new in this dish.
The cafe is definitely recommended for all tourists and travelers, a great place to have a delicious and inexpensive meal!
