We were on a guided tour. The lake is very beautiful and the view from the cafe is what you need. The guide advised me to try hominy (corn porridge with hot bean sauce), but it turned out that it is not sold here as a separate dish, it is included in a large lunch (800 rubles). As a result, I took eggplant rolls (~ 410p, delicious), mountain herbs tea (150p), Americano (250p.) and honey cake (350p., large, light, enough for three). Quite. Even what you need! They give you only oriental coffee in cups. I asked for a cup and poured Americano (250 gr.) from a cup into a cup) Delicious.
p. s. A pebble in the photo from the beach from Pitsundra. The "yin-yang" in the cup is a pleasant accident.
p.p.s. You need to be careful when leaving the table. In our group, a girl fell. If the leg of the bench is pushed close to the leg of the table, otherwise it is not convenient to sit, then you stumble when leaving. It's just that such a design of benches and tables is rare, but it is found, for example, even in our country and on the foodcourt.
And so, delicious, beautiful and impressive.
On the other side of Lake Ritsa is Stalin's dacha. He was in it 5 times. Then Khrushchev did not often, and then Brezhnev and his family much more often. It's also an interesting place. The smells of childhood, Soviet institutions with finishes from that time, where renovation has not yet been done. Very interesting.
They usually come here with an excursion, the guide brings people to this cafe for lunch, well, we went, we really regretted That we did not leave right away. Terrible food. The price is space for everything, the menu is so-so. We ordered trout on the grill 800 rubles. And the Wine is homemade. The fish is burnt on top, the ridge is raw, the wine is not tasty at all. The sauce was poured directly into the fish, of course I would like to put it in a separate bowl. I do not recommend it! They left the money, but they left hungry.
We were here on a guided tour. The view from the cafe is wonderful, of course, but the food really sucks. Lula kebab is some kind of Mess, it's not entirely clear what it's made of, but it's definitely not made of meat. The French fries are overcooked. At the same time, the guide actively advised this cafe. It's probably better to look for something else. The prices are exorbitant, but apparently they are everywhere here.
They will bring you here with an excursion
Naturally, you need cash!)
With a transfer, you are waiting for the Internet when you appear.
The food tastes like nothing and is expensive
If on the way to this cafe you will be taken to cheese factories, wineries and other establishments - it's better to buy food and eat there!
It's delicious, pretty fast, the waitresses are friendly and efficient.
They took achma, cheburek with cheese, baklava, coffee on the sand and lemonade. Very tasty!
We came here on an excursion. The price tag is very high, the food is bad. We ordered khachapuri - just a warmed-up baked bun with cheese (the absence of an egg was prescribed in the menu) and meat in Abkhazian - sooo fatty. On the way back, my stomach ached and I felt sick from what I had eaten.
It's terribly not tasty. Raw potatoes, pick hominy with a shovel. The hungry man picked up a whole table, which remained practically untouched, since it is not possible to eat. My wife and child with a cat stayed in the room for a day, ended up in a hospital and an IV. I highly recommend it. This review concerns all the Ritz, which literally overshadowed all the impressions of the trip. If the locals grab your hand and offer any services (photos, etc.), be rude and leave, they do not understand the word no and turn to personalities. I had to take one of them to boxing school after he put a hat on me, took a picture on my phone and demanded 3 thousand rubles.

February 8
This place spoils the impression of her country.:(we were on a tour of the "golden ring of Abkhazia" in February, it's cold outside, the hall of this dining room is not heated, I took a national lunch for 800 rubles: hominy, beans, meat, pickles and wine. And absolutely everything is tasteless! It's just inedible : (the meat is over-dried and salted, the pickles are icy sauerkraut, the wine is also icy and disgusting, the beans are edible, hominy too. We haven't heard anything about hospitality and customer orientation here. Hurtful. And the toilet is also paid for and there is no hot water to wash your hands. Ugh in short
The prices are just tinny. Nearby across the bridge is much cheaper and the same thing. The overpayment is almost 2 times. Because why? Because tourists are being brought here. The food is conveyor-like and not tasty. Even disgusting. Spoil all the good impression about the Abkhazians with your existence.
Why do you hate tourists so much? I am the most inadequate person and I don't write bad reviews once, but I just want to SAVE people here. Do not try to eat in these eateries, I vomited for a day after eating in this place!!!!
Moreover, reading the reviews, I understand that I am not the only one poisoned!!!
The cafe is cool.Simple, but tasteful. I tried hominy and suluguni for the first time. Unusual and original. I advise you to ride catamarans, stretch your legs a little and enjoy the beautiful local scenery
An ugly cafe.
We came to the lake, went to this cafe for lunch. The order was accepted quickly. While waiting for food, we witnessed the ugly behavior of the cafe owner. A mongrel man walks between the tables and screams. He yells at the waiters, harasses the customers. 2 tables away from us, he provoked a conflict with the guests with his rudeness. A family with 2 children was having lunch, and the woman asked to pack her food, they brought it to her ... dumping everything into a bag. The woman was indignant. The owner of the cafe burst out, he yelled, was rude, said that he was not obliged to keep containers here and should be taken in bags... and then he turned to her husband and threatened to beat her if her wife did not shut up. Such is the hospitality in Abkhazian.
Food was brought to us. Everyone liked the trout, the ear also seemed to be fine. Khachapuri and shish kebab are disgusting.
Tea is slop, they didn't even drink it. The tea mugs are dirty. Here again, the attention of everyone was attracted by the owner, now he was telling an adult married couple that they had few children - 2, so he would "fix" 5 for her. Unpunished, boorish, arrogant behavior. The food is so-so, the tables are dirty, the toilet, although paid even for cafe guests, is also dirty, wash your hands outside with cold water from a hose. It's also rude to watch. I do not recommend it.
Expensive and not tasty. The guy at the checkout is rude when they want to transfer money, not cash. He is very unhappy that we are taking up his time. Two soups and khachapuri - 1100. Khachapuri is edible. Soup - broth, a piece of meat or fish (depending on which soup), a whole potato and a couple of large pieces of carrots with onions 😅 my husband also had a piece of bell pepper floating 😅 like they usually cook broth, and then throw it away 😅 We regretted that we stopped here, because the guide brought us here. Then we went for a walk - there are a lot of normal places nearby. A couple of stars just for the beautiful view.
P.S. A strange concrete building, not quite like a cafe, a toilet is paid for everyone, it doesn't matter, go to the toilet, wash your hands, whether you visited the institution.
SOOOOO EXPENSIVE. Any bowl of soup, for example, a hodgepodge or an ear (about 300 milliliters) will cost you 550 rubles. And a dried piece of pita bread is 200 rubles. And I would understand even if it was delicious here, but for such a lot of money, it's more likely no than yes
The order was issued quickly, the territory is beautiful and well maintained. But the tables were very dirty, it was not pleasant to sit and eat at them. I had to wipe myself with wet wipes0!!!
These funny khachapuri, and eternally over-dried shish kebab, once again discouraged the desire to eat on the Ritz, anywhere but here, the prices are like in any average restaurant, and the service is sad , the kitchen also saves only the view
The view is fire. That's all the advantages. We came with an excursion, ate at this place. As a result, poisoning. The rest of the rest is on the smart :(I do not recommend it.
It's expensive and not particularly tasty. They took hominy - like lipunets. The soup is not particularly tasty either. In general, I do not recommend it.
The waiter was waited for half an hour, and in the end I had to go after him myself. The food was brought cold, and also tasteless. In addition, they are forced to pay a tip of 10% of the check, the question is for what? As a result, after having lunch at this restaurant, our group was all poisoned. It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone.
The food is disgusting,
A complete failure,
It is not possible to chew meat,
The price for very poor quality food is greatly overstated.
Try to look for another place if possible.
1. Food. The prices are too high, the quality of the dishes does not correspond to them at all. The trout was cold from the grill. Snacks are tasteless and greasy.
2.Wifi is weak.
3. There is no maintenance in fact, you have to do everything yourself.
4. The toilet is paid and disgusting, they didn't even bother to put the toilets themselves, just a tile hole in the floor.
There are definitely some agreements with the guides, everyone leads their tourists in droves to this institution.
I highly do not recommend this place to visit, it will spoil the whole impression of nature.
It's not a very good cafe, we waited 20 minutes to take the order, and when we came up, there wasn't much time left to order something. You can come here if you are not limited in time.
We visited the cafe in September. It is spacious, there are enough seats, the service is fast. But the kebab turned out to be so dry, you can just choke. The cost is not small, you can make an effort and cook properly. Or it's better not to disgrace yourself at all!
We went on an excursion.. The lake is like a lake.. except for the highest mountain) they left us half an hour free.. take a picture, buy something to remember you by, have a snack) there were many more attractions along the way.. bungee jump, blue lake, waterfall Men's tears. Only the brightest and most memorable impressions remained!
The food is so-so. The prices are horse-drawn. It's worth walking a little further along the beach, everything is the same there, only twice as cheap. Only compote is delicious. And it seems that we were poisoned by pork kebabs there.
We went there only because it seemed cooler there, it was very hot. And the view of the lake is beautiful. They regretted it.
It's worth a visit, but it's better on your own. The mountain range on the way to the lake is impressive! The very situation on the lake, but you can't swim, it's a nature reserve😊
I ordered trout on the grill. It was cooked quickly enough. The fish was freshly cooked and that's a plus. The price is also acceptable. Surprisingly, there was no marinade or salt.. It's even kind of bland.
We ordered pizza and soda in a closed bottle!
The cafe is right under the observation area on the ground floor! Pepperoni pizza!
Before that, we had not eaten anywhere with a young man, after that, too, after 2 hours, the stomach began to feel queasy and twist!
We took turns in the toilet all night!
This is the first time I've been poisoned in 28 years!
A very boorish attitude, they went to the toilet, scolded at the exit like children, said that it was an office one, that it was not allowed there at all, everyone who came in smoked there. But the toilet itself is very good, if you're lucky not to run into aggressive staff, come in
The usual free toilets for visitors are a hole in the floor or the nearest bushes. I didn't feel like eating there anymore
The service is fast , the whole family liked the national cuisine , delicious, the prices are acceptable , I recommend visiting and trying hominy with meat and cheese , as well as other national dishes in the assortment
We were at the cafe 03.09.2022
Don't go there!!!!
Khachapur is disgusting, dry, we went to the counter to order dishes, a girl with bright arrows came up to us) and politely said come on in, I'll come up to you. Then a group of tourists came and the guy behind the counter yelled like mad at them that they had self-service, I then thought how the girl politely escorted us to the table.
Further, when calculating, I asked why the amount was more than necessary for payment, she said that plus 10% for service, I politely asked why you did not warn about it, in response she began to rudely say that she would not charge arcs for service , but she would tell someone there and they would take money from us for parking 1000 rubles I politely tell her, take the money for the service, I just asked. She threatened me, and added, you will pay for the WAY YOU BEHAVE, I did not say a rude word to her, but politely asked. No one took or approached for parking, but it was not pleasant. The country lives off tourists, and that's how it behaves. I lost all desire to go there again .
Another incident on the Lake, 30 minutes earlier.
Be careful!!! There 's a lot of fooling around at every turn .
We drove up to the Lake and there is a descent straight to the water, at this turn a guy walks and says parking by the water is not allowed here, although there are a lot of Cars, We drove to the water, park and another guy comes up and says parking here on one condition that you eat in this cafe and then come with a receipt from the cafe and you pay for parking. We went back to the top where the first guy was, and parked the car without any problems.
The Ritsa snog is a stunning place, very atmospheric and not to be forgotten. There are two brothers of Abhaz standing on the observation deck offering to fly a drone, I recommend it coolly.
The food is delicious, the staff is nimble. The order was delivered to us in 5-10 minutes. Abkhazian cuisine is for an amateur, as for me. I liked the meat very much, juicy and fried. Very nice view on the terrace.
I ate in this cafe, pilaf and a "boat", rinses all evening from all places, most of the food is not cooked, but warmed up while it is unclear how long they warm the same one, two or more days, the temperature storage regime is not observed, it is also not entirely clear where the water is taken from and where the drain is called a kind of reserve, I was once again convinced that when traveling, if you want to use any service, you should look at the reviews, the cafe was recommended by the guide

They cook very tasty, and after a beautiful presentation, it's just a pleasure to devour these delicacies, admiring the beauty of the mountain peaks.
We went to this cafe for the most delicious khachapuri and wine, but now there is nothing good left here. If you raised the prices, why did the quality suffer so much? Everything that we loved so much in this place died from the dishonesty and greed of the owners, and the remnants were trampled by countless crowds of tourists. Khachapuri is completely tasteless, the wine is pure alcohol without smell and taste. Unless it's difficult to spoil grilled trout. We sat together for 2,700 rubles and left with a broken heart.
