We visited this place in 2022 all summer and in 2024 in July. I recommend definitely visiting. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The service is pleasant. You can stay in the air-conditioned room or on the veranda above the river. In the river, closer to the sea, if you throw bread into the river, river trout will immediately appear.
The food is all delicious and Abkhazian cuisine and European cuisine. If you order Abkhazian dishes with meat, keep in mind that they will be spicy and spicy.
The waiting time depends on the dishes that you ordered and on the number of visitors in the apac. But not for very long.
The payment was in cash or by transfer.
I recommend ordering coffee, glace coffee, hominy, asytsbal, boat with egg, meat in Abkhazian, beans, tea in a teapot, fried lamb, Abkhazian soups, they will be thick, rich and spicy.

The general atmosphere in the hall and the places on the street is quite cozy. The staff quickly and competently served. But there are questions about food - salad "Rome" is acceptable, but if arugula is written in the composition, then it should be there; addition and chagrin pork kebab - 400 grams should be meat, it's not ribs. 150 grams are bones and it's sad. The first time is for a barbecue to be brought and each piece with a bone and bone fragments. Potatoes - there are no complaints here. 3 stars with tension and that is due to the fact that while waiting for the order, I fished a chub in the river for micro-oscillators.

The only rest in Machara village, near Sukhum

I really liked this place. We came as a group for dinner, and despite the fact that there was a banquet in the main building, we were perfectly placed in the courtyard by the palm tree. There was colorful lighting in the evening. I really liked the Abkhazian cuisine with pastries. I recommend the best barbecue in Abkhazia that we ate. In the future, we went to this place for dinner on purpose. Payment is possible by transfer. A 10% service fee is immediately included in the cost of the receipt.

Great apathy. This is the fourth time in Abkhazia and I eat only in it. Previously, sometimes we really had to wait, some dishes were worse, some were better. But specifically in this year 2024, I was pleasantly surprised. The service is excellent, the waiters are polite and good-natured, the prices in my opinion are adequate, since the portions are large and the food is really very tasty. These are not restaurant dishes, but excellent quality homemade food. One evening, the owner of the establishment simply treated all the guests, at different tables, with homemade wine. I recommend it and will definitely come back.

The sliced vegetables are fresh and fragrant, the satsivi with chicken is saturated.

The music was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself. A healthy black dog ran from table to table and barked at visitors, almost climbed on his knees. The staff didn't notice her. Finally, it turned out that it was impossible to pay with anything other than cash. The waiter grumbled something about "you need to go to a restaurant with money." Who allowed this person to communicate with people at all?) Fortunately, we had the right amount. Money thrown away, inadequately large for such food and service, ruined the last evening in Sukhumi. In the cafe on the embankment, the food is tastier than in this shit store and in any fruit stall they will gladly accept payment by transfer to a card without snorting.

The salad was carried to my son for 50 minutes, I ordered a hodgepodge, I was disappointed, just boiled beef, fibrous tasteless was filled with sauce with vegetables, which somehow saved her. Some dishes are over-salted, some are under-salted ... in the salad, where it is written in the composition of parmesan, there is no smell of parmesan. We had a company of 10 people, some had already eaten everything, others had not even waited for the salad yet, they sat and choked on saliva, sorry ... and this institution positions itself as the best!
In general, I do not recommend it to anyone!
