The environment is calm, there is a large pool for ducks and swans. But the music is playing loudly, turning this beautiful place into an ordinary diner. We didn't manage to eat there, because no one came up to us. Everyone was busy at the bar. There were people, but the occupancy rate of 60-70% did not allow the staff to receive more guests. They're gone.
I give one star to the chefs, everything they managed to try was really delicious. But, unfortunately, there is no point in cooking deliciously if guests do not know how to serve from the word at all.
It's really a pity for the money invested by the owners: a beautiful territory, made with a soul. The staff does not understand where they are or what they are doing here. It seems that we came to their house, but they did not invite us. The hall has no communication with the kitchen at all. The food was waited for more than an hour, several dishes were not brought, although they were included in the bill! The barbecue was brought cold, the cook cooked it, but the waiter was in no hurry to carry it. We asked them to bring olives as an appetizer while waiting for the main dishes, we repeated this request several times, but they were brought after the barbecue! That is, it took 2 hours to put the olive in a plate!
The waiter does not know the cooking time. I approached the administrator with a complaint about the work of her staff, I did not hear anything adequate from her. At least in such cases, they pay a compliment from the institution, but we were given a bill with dishes that we never saw. Shame on such an administrator.
The guests at the next table left without waiting for anything. At the same time, the restaurant was not even half loaded. There were 5 tables occupied, one of which was never fed.
The owners of the institution have a huge request - train your staff, explain to them the purpose of their stay at the workplace.
I would love to have dinner with you every day, but there is no desire to come back again, despite the gorgeous territory, delicious food and good music.
A wonderful place and delicious cuisine are undoubtedly spoiled by waiters and the administrator. A place that could attract daily "pleased" only with the insane expectation of dishes, the removal of snacks after the main dishes served cold and the enchanting question of the waiter after a complaint to the administrator: "What table number are you sitting at?" This is despite the fact that people were sitting at only four tables, of which he served two)))
