I know this cafe. Several floors, there are both large halls and smaller ones, separate isolated ones. The menu is very rich. The prices are reasonable. I come often. I recommend.

A very average cafe. The food is not very good, the service is too. But the guys are trying, it's just like they don't have enough qualifications, some kind of training or something. Interior... Well, let's not just talk about it :) but the prices here are lower than in Almaty itself :)
