We bought a stall at this online store, brought it all dirty, explained that I really needed a shower in the warehouse, agreed, checked with the deliveryman the safety of the glasses and the availability of equipment, of course approximately. They started to assemble it, there are no instructions for assembly, in the process it turned out that the racks do not fit and plus they are all scratched, the cabin is also scratched inside, the cabin quality is very poor. Before that, I had a cabin of this type, the quality was much better there, so when I bought it, I was more or less calm. I started writing to the website right away that I was not satisfied with the quality of the cabin, to which they replied to me, once accepted, it means everything is OK, but I am not an expert on cabins! Plus, when I bought it, I asked if it needed to be siliconized, but they told me that the manufacturer did not recommend it, but everyone decides for themselves, however, during assembly it turned out that this cabin cannot be assembled without silicone ((( plus there are not enough hoses, the screws rusted on the second day, there is an extra hole in the switch without a plug, which I was told, well, it happens that there are 5 exits, and in yours there are 4 ((that is, it turns out that the racks are not from our cabin, the switch is not about ours, I had to buy a plug, hoses, screws, is this normal? I've been trying to rent or assemble this booth for two weeks!!! I bought it because it was urgent and I haven't been able to use it for more than two weeks ((( They sent their collector instead of returning the money to me and picking up their low-quality goods. The cabin began to crumble during the assembly process, the hose burst, the roof burst already, despite the fact that we practically did not use it. A representative of the Kabinka company.kz blamed me for everything, that I was the one who hurt her and that there was no proof that he was like that already. And what I wrote to them literally doesn't count right away. I would like to mention the companies just to sell, they are not customer-oriented. The fact that I am now suffering with their product is normal for them, instead of dealing with the manufacturer of low-quality goods, they fooled me until two weeks had passed. Now I do not know what to do with this cabin, I do not want to use it, because I did not enjoy the purchase, but only negative and low-quality goods (( Cabin of the Russian company Vodny Mir. Another example, the website says a cabin with a high chair, but nowhere does it say that an adult cannot sit on it, it can withstand the weight of a child, but imagine what would happen if the collector had not warned?
