I give the highest score to Dr. Denis Alexandrovich Drobov (a young guy with glasses) and nurse Nikolaevna (I don't know her name, an older woman). I am very glad that I fell into the hands of these people! Thanks to such doctors about dentistry, tooth extraction, there is a further impression that it is not scary and everything needs to be done on time. I had a very difficult removal, for a long time, on a holiday. And despite that, I'm thrilled. They met me, helped me and sent me to recover. Denis Alexandrovich is serious, though..fatigue may be affecting, but he is sweet and attentive. He didn't babble with me, but he did everything clearly. I will continue (if necessary) to look for this particular doctor. I wish him to develop in this profession. Just handsome! And thanks to Nikolaevna for the hands) It was calmer that way. There was such a queue on Sunday 08/25/2024 that it was simply not realistic to get to the reception. I had to drive around the whole city and nothing. Except for the Smile service. Thanks to her. We did a consultation and a CT scan. It's a pity the surgeon didn't help. There were no surgeons anywhere else. But people get sick on Sunday too

From the threshold there is a solid negative.... The emergency room is ON THE STAIRS! THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH SEATS. People are waiting on the stairs. I saw it and ran away! They even make roosts in the chicken coop. And this is worse than a barn! I sat down in the hallway - a boorish cleaner advised: "You need to go to the emergency room, so go stand there." What kind of staff do you have???!!!! The management, I understand everything, but this is how it treats patients in the 21st century.... It's a dark, impenetrable game!

On May 9, 2022, at about 15:30, he and his wife came to this institution and took a queue. And that would be all right, my wife wanted to go to the toilet. They wouldn't let her in. The watchman said that only pregnant women and children are allowed in. They say the administration of this institution decided so. I asked to call someone from the authorities - they refused. I asked for a lousy book - they refused. When I asked where I could go to find out who creates such orders, I was told to call the executive committee. I called the executive committee reception, the result was obvious, we don't know, we don't know. Damn, the man wanted to go to the toilet out of pain and excitement and they wouldn't let him in. You will sort out the bosses there with a visit to the toilet. This is just a toilet, not a strategic, secret facility.
