We booked a room with a balcony on the second floor for 3 months, did not want to settle us, offered the worst with midges and a smell in the bathroom, not hospitable hosts, there is no service. The room has old brown bed linen and towels, no one changes anything in 12 days. There are no blankets. We have been settling in Gagra and Sukhum for many years, the most negative experience of settling in Kabardinskaya Street, 121. Avoid this house so as not to waste time on a spoiled mood, but enjoy your vacation.

We booked a room with a balcony on the second floor, they didn't want to move us in there. They offered, in their opinion, the best room, which was on the ground floor. The shower and toilet are infested with midges. Bed linen is not changed, toilet paper is not given out. In addition, the eternally dissatisfied elderly man living in the main house bothered with his grumbling and did not let him rest in peace
