i ordered a kn4000. they sent the wrong product. I sent it back again. "we will examine and evaluate," they said. when they decided that they had sent the wrong product, they sent the right product. but this time there are no headphones for either. how am I going to use the intercom without headphones? They share Instagram stories, but they don't return messages. I have not been able to use the product I paid for for 1.5 weeks. now they will say "send it back" again. the process will start again. there should be no such irresponsibility. if there is also an authorized person reading here, my order number is #119374, you can check the process yourself. but they send buff inside. the intercom does not have headphones, but it has buff :)
