Elena is a great smart girl, she tries very hard to make her studio the best. Selects the care well and correctly in my opinion. But I would like more alternative options in the selection of care. The girls try to pick them up with the products that are available in their studio. And this is certainly not a bad thing, since it is possible to immediately purchase jars on the spot. but! There is a large margin on a number of products. For example, the moisturizer that Elena picked up for me cost 290 rubles in the studio. I bought it from another cosmetologist for 196 rubles. Hydrophilic oil in the studio cost 65 rubles. In Minsk, at other points, you can easily find it for 45-50 rubles. The therapeutic cream, which was selected at the second consultation, cost 236 rubles in the studio, but I found it in a store in Minsk for 120 rubles with free home delivery and a good shelf life. In general, these three funds have already saved more than 200 rubles. There were other tools in the selection, which also saved a lot of money by buying them from other cosmetologists.
The care was well chosen in my case - after 1.5 months my skin looked completely different, much better, its quality improved. But during this time, I have repeatedly come across slightly intrusive recommendations about online management. In my case, I did not go online because I clearly understood that I would not be able to follow all the recommendations flawlessly. Because my rhythm of life does not allow me to do this at this stage. And if a pimple popped out on my chin from the fact that I propped my head with my hand while working at the computer, I take responsibility for this myself. Or she ate something forbidden. Etc. In general, I mean that I myself am responsible for such moments and cannot shift them to a cosmetologist if I go online. And in my case, and without online management, the situation would have changed for the better. I got what I wanted by coming to the studio for several treatments and choosing competent home care.
And when you want perfect skin here and now, in this state you seem ready to agree to everything - both online maintenance and an expensive jar here and now, without analyzing the average price for it in Minsk. But why these expenses, if everything seems to be fine without them, you just have to get your home care back to normal and wait?
I understand that the rent of the premises and the salaries of employees are also included in the cost of goods at the studio. But it's a little expensive for me. Or you could at least provide discounts on goods in the studio when you have already left 200-300 rubles in the treatment room.
I took off one star in the evaluation for these nuances.

Elena, after reading the review in storis, explained that the cost of goods is such because she puts risks in this cost - if the product does not suit you, then you can return it. No one has ever told me about this in my office. If I had understood this point, I probably wouldn't have included it in the review.
I went to the studio for a year. During the year, at some point it became almost impossible to get to Elena, she moved on to Natalia.
Overall, the skin condition has improved, but not perfect. Every appointment I was told that it was getting better, and I believed in it until the last.
At the last appointment, I was told (as in the previous 3) that they did not know what to do with my closed comedones. They asked if I had thought about systemic retinoids. It was the finish line, since I came to cosmetology a year ago with the words: "I don't want systemic retinoids, can we cope?", and they assured me - yes, of course. I will not return to this studio after this appointment.
According to the accumulated nuances, which completely spoiled the whole impression.
Natalia's cosmetologist does not look competent, although Elena assured that she taught her herself for a year. Tell the client 3 times in a row that it is unclear what to do with the problem. The jars are selected according to the description on the jar itself, and not according to the composition. Another question that knocked me out of my rut was: "Do you walk regularly, or when do you have an exacerbation?". It's immediately obvious that no one sees or remembers you as a regular customer. It's like I just came to put on a marathon, and not systematically go to the best skin in my life. In the same piggy bank, Elena asked me at her receptions every time what I use. But after all, you and I have worked out a scheme and I adhere to it, and here it is clearly visible that the cosmetologist does not remember and, naturally, does not lead clients, but simply does procedures.
The price has become completely exorbitant, both for jars and for procedures. In another review above, they already painted about the jars, it's all true, sometimes the cost of the jars differs by 2 times. And if you say I'll buy the product elsewhere, they tell you in response, well, then we can't guarantee the result, class... Regarding the procedures, it is also unpleasant when you change the cosmetologist-the head of the studio to a simple studio employee, but the cost does not change. And then it also turns out that this employee is much less competent.
The review above says that the price of the jars includes a possible refund. Once I had to make such a refund, for 2-3 days Elena gaslighted me in every possible way trying to change the technique of applying the cream by me. The cream frankly did not suit me! By the way, I strongly warned about this, that I have a problem and it would be better to issue a probe. There was no probe, as a result, I tried for a long time to prove that I was not a sheep. At the same time, I changed the product to a cheaper one, they didn't give me the difference, they didn't even remember...
Elena's office is a small closed room, everything is cozy and comfortable. But the second office is located in a common room with improvised thin walls, it definitely feels worse.
I ordered funds for the delivery of a considerable amount, I expected a beautiful box, as advertised by Elena. A shapeless package with funds came, even then a setup came out.
Another unpleasant moment, this is again the expectation of reality. Elena advertises herself very much and how she approaches clients. But obviously, even if you walk for a year, you will not be treated the same as if you bought an online guide. In general, I was asked about HOW I use the funds after six months, it's strange. And they refused to look at my tests, only on online management.
After switching to Natalia, I stopped receiving all sorts of notifications-reminders about the visit, very unprofessionally.
I had a consultation with Elena, I liked everything very much) the studio is beautiful and clean, everything was explained perfectly and they picked up competent care, I use it for almost a month, improvements are already noticeable)
