The rest period is September 2024. A nice, cozy hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Room cleaning by invitation. In general, it is clean, minus the sofas in the lobby, but not without the help of us tourists who do not know how to behave and turn common areas into personal ones, allowing themselves to sit on the seats in wet clothes, wipe their hands on the sofa after ice cream, etc. The kitchen is excellent, a huge selection of everything and vegetables and fruits and sweets, etc. A beautiful huge beach with a garden, bar, sun loungers. Snacks and drinks on the beach in a sufficient and varied quantity. There are two swimming pools on site, one with slides. There is animation, but the usual one. A hotel for a relaxing holiday with children up to 8-10 years old. Internet in the lobby.

The hotel as a whole is good. Delicious food, polite and friendly staff, cleanliness on site and on the beach. Of the disadvantages, I can single out: a very small hotel area, poor animation (during 10 days of stay they learned the sequence of children's songs), room cleaning was carried out only after they asked for it (bed linen was not changed once in 10 days, although the hotel concept provides for a change of linen every two days), bad umbrellas on the beach, a change of beach towels is paid ($1 for 1 towel). At the end of the stay, a large number of people settled in and the hotel stopped coping. The rooms are good, it can be seen that repairs have recently been made (air conditioning and plumbing were working properly).

Positive
- good cleaning and cleanliness in the hotel as a whole
- I liked the food. a variety of meat and fish dishes., everything is fresh
- there were always enough tables and appliances. On the beach and by the pools of sun beds. There are no queues anywhere.
Minuses
_ Remoteness, but I understood it, as well as about the fact that there is nowhere to walk. You need to go to Mahmutlar or Alanya
- Entering the sea. If you can't swim and don't want to get hurt on rocks and pebbles, this hotel is not for you. They write that you can enter. But to be honest, it's only at your own risk. It is possible only from the pier directly to the depth. All I could do was sit on the shore in the waves that were carrying me away.
- Pools are the same. Deep is not for me. The slides are not deep, but children are constantly splashing there and the pool is closed at five in the evening.
Personally, I didn't really get along with swimming.
- Animation. It's completely out. If you want to have fun, don't come here. There are animators - there is no animation. I singled out only Nastya, because she created at least some kind of movement. Although I read that someone liked it and had enough of everything. Be prepared to exercise in the sun and yoga in the morning in the same place. Well, darts sometimes. There is nothing during the day. I haven't seen much of it. Yesterday's disco for kids. Half an hour of some kind of program and sleep at 21:30 or 22:00. The music is playing, but everyone goes to bed.
The above-mentioned disadvantages do not give a high rating. I'm not going back to the hotel.

I was with my wife at the hotel in 2021 and 2024. I really liked it both times. The food is excellent, the rooms are good, the sea is clean and with waves. The beach is great, there are enough places for everyone. I want to warn you, the hotel is located very far from Antalya airport. You will have to drive from 2.5 hours to 4 hours, depending on the number of deliveries to other hotels. Entering the sea is also problematic, since there are large plates near the shore. You can swim either from the pier, or there is a gap of 5 meters between the slabs on the right. There is also a highway nearby, so it is very noisy with an open balcony.

Great hotel!!!! I had a rest in June 2024 and received a lot of positive emotions☺️We were greeted as a dear guest (with a smile and a glass of a cool drink,🤗 We checked into an empty room immediately (thanks to the wonderful receptionist Nelly🌷😘. I would like to thank all the hotel staff (bartenders and waiters for a very tactful and friendly attitude, chefs for a delicious and varied range of dishes. I really liked the spectacular dinners in Italian and Turkish styles🥳 Special thanks for cleaning the room ( it was always clean in the room and towels were changed 🌷☺️ The sea and the beach are super 😍 Through an underground passage you immediately get to the most beautiful sea, a clean and cozy beach with sun beds and umbrellas, where a team of animators constantly entertains (they invite you to peaceful yoga, gambling darts and beach volleyball, aqua aerobics and incendiary dances are held by the pool In the evening, a children's mini disco and various evening shows are held (with invited artists). The food is delicious, not spicy (if only some dishes). There is always a grill and fresh vegetables and fruits. There are spaghetti and French fries for children😄
The animation is not imposing, according to the evening show.
Of the minuses, it is far from the airport and the beach is pebbles and slabs, but this is the case throughout Alanya, it does not bother much if you buy special sneakers. Two pools, one by the bar, the other with slides. There are several mini pools for children, suitable for all ages.

The nearest pharmacy is about 12 minutes on foot - they speak English, Russian and German, perhaps they will tell you in other languages too

Just an amazing hotel, the rest turned out to be unforgettable. We were in early June, the weather was very hot. Finally, it came to a recall. We had a family vacation in June 2024. We have been in Turkey for the 5th time, we have come across different hotels, but this one is the best! There are sooo many sun beds, there is enough for everyone and there will still be. The sea is clean, transparent, a convenient pier, a lifeguard is always on duty. There is a wonderful Nelly at the reception, who will help in any situation. He speaks pure Russian, translates the staff into Turkish, it's just perfect! Any issue can be resolved. The restaurant is beyond praise! We overeated and got fat 😁😅 perhaps this is the only minus) well, it's impossible not to try all this yummy! Grilled meat, fish, shrimp, mussels, national dishes... The bar makes delicious cocktails, I liked white wine, beer. In general, everything is for a wonderful holiday. There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, a good network, you can sit and watch TV shows in the evenings, for example. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, there are no problems with sewerage and drainage (this was often the sin of our past hotels). The bus stop is nearby, it's no problem to get on and go for a walk to Mahmutlar or Alanya. We also walked to the ancient city, along the way there is such a beautiful view of all the nearby hotels from a height. In general, for active tourists there is a place to walk and see near the hotel. I really enjoyed my vacation, thank you very much, we miss you... And we will definitely come again!

We had a family vacation from August 8 to 14. The children (3 and 6 years old) were satisfied. Yes, there are problems with animation, the elevator is waiting a long time. However, these are small things. Excellent cuisine with a variety of evenings (we found Japan and Italy). Entering the sea can be difficult, but it can be worse. There is a pier from which you can dive and safely enter. The rooms are clean. The reception solves everything quickly (special thanks to Elena). There is a supermarket and a souvenir shop nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied, as we initially set up for a budget hotel, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations.

The hotel positions itself as 5 stars and all inclusive, but let's look at the facts:)
Upon check-in, they require an additional $ 30 for a room where repairs have been made. There is no renovation on the 5th floor, we did not pay extra, in general the room is OK, even with a sea view, but very small. The audibility is full of trash, you can hear sneezing and watching TV in the neighboring rooms. A double room is no different from a triple room. The cleaning in the rooms is disgusting, for 7 days, I did not notice that the bed linen was changed, the same story with towels, although there is a sign in the room that says "if you leave the sign on the bed, we change everything every day, if not– every two days." As a result, the towels were changed only after I threw them on the floor by the door.
In terms of nutrition, I did not like it (friends are OK, this is subjective), but objectively, there are huge queues for food, kitchen workers do not have time to cook fish / meat / chicken (something that changes every day right before our eyes) and because of this queues are created, sometimes you have to stand at the container and wait for fresh batches of food for 15 minutes. In general, the food is not varied, the breakfasts are always the same (well, it's OK, almost everywhere it is), everything is always the same for lunch, 1-2 meat positions change. The dinners are very varied, but the food still didn't seem very tasty to me. Plus, very often the food in the containers did not seem to be heated and you took it cold. Unpleasant.
Animation: there is none))))
Well, that is, in other hotels you are looking for a place to hide from annoying animators, then they don't seem to be here. There are no calls for volleyball, zumba or water polo – if you want to play, look for it yourself. The evening animation is also a complete nightmare, every day there is absolutely the same children's disco with songs from twenty years ago, and then some kind of show for adults, but we didn't watch any of them, because it's wildly boring. There are no discos, there are eternal problems with karaoke. At 11 p.m., the animation ends and the lights start going out by the pool.
About the bars: the pool bar is open until 12 at night and we had eternal problems with alcohol. You ask for one quantity, they give you another. We had a company of 12 people and the staff was extremely unfriendly to us. If there is a queue at the bar (and there always is), you are rolled and instead of three glasses they pour one, or they do not pour what you asked for at all. Tequila is paid. There is no gin in the bar by the sea, when you ask for it, you are not very politely sent to the pool bar.
A little bit in general about the impressions and the hotel
The hotel has no territory at all. That is, the pool is adjacent to the restaurant tables. That's all. Go out to sit, there's nowhere to go.
It's unrealistic to take a sunbed by the pool if you don't get up and throw in the towel at 7 a.m. By the way, about towels, they are given out for free, the replacement is 1 euro))) and the Internet is 2 euros per day.
There is also very little space by the pool, although there are sun beds stacked in a pile, it is impossible to take and squeeze it somewhere. The lobby bar is not open 24 hours a day.
There are not enough elevators for so many floors and rooms, and they move very slowly.
Another of the jokes, the return transfer was at 13:40, at 12 we handed over the rooms and we replaced the hotel bracelet with a children's one so that we could not take alcohol)))) Well, it's generally lol
In general, I really do not recommend this hotel, we chose it for a long time, it had the best reviews of all that we considered, and as a result they are cleaned.
It's not worth your money, it takes a maximum of three, so you also have to drive from the airport for almost 4 hours.
P.S. I was terribly annoyed all week that the diodes in their hotel name sign were replaced with warm light, although all the others shine cold (but this is exclusively my professional formation)

A wonderful young man met us at the reception, we were assigned 2 separate rooms, offered a family two-room room and for this they made free Wi-Fi in the room, by the way, he caught almost by the sea, free towel change and a safe. The windows were not even opened, it was impossible, they slept under the air conditioner, all appliances worked properly, in general the room is good, with panoramic windows.
3. What I did not expect at all is that the hotel does not issue toothbrushes and toothpaste, I could not even think that such a thing could be in 5 stars, I had to go to the store and for almost $ 10. buy. Even in our hotels, 3 stars are always given out.

The food is very diverse, there is always a grill for dinner, there is a queue, but people create it themselves, the rush passes, then the food lies and no one comes up, i.e. if it ends, they always report. Everything is fresh, lots of sauces, salads, cheeses, snacks, fruits and much more. On fish day, they gave crayfish, sushi, grilled fish, Italian pizza and many more, very tasty grilled cutlets.
5. The staff at the hotel - well done. They try to clean everything up quickly, the plates are immediately taken away, there are enough waiters.
6. The sea is clean, there are always waves, the approach at the pier is good, there are a lot of stones in other places, it is necessary to be careful, I was covered by a wave and hit a slab, I injured my finger, the benefit is just a bruise, but specific.
7. What I didn't like at all was the animation. It totally sucks. It's hot in the hotel lobby on the fifth floor, but the room has a beautiful view of the mountains. Of the minuses, there is a mosque nearby, at 4.30 mullah orot through the speakers to the entire coast. The food was pleased with the variety, everything was as in the advertising photos and even in Ramadan there was practically no queue. The Turks, civilized, occupied half of the hotel, but they did not create problems. The underpass is private, the beach bar is coping, the ice did not end. Mojitos are made with mint and sugar, not syrup. We went to Alanya by bus #1 for 30 liras.

We really liked the hotel, we rested with Children for the first time in this hotel on 31.07 to 08.12.24. The children did not want to leave. Choosing this hotel, we took a long time to select and watch video reviews, and read reviews. We were ready for the beach, and for a paid exchange of towels, and free Internet in lobi, all this was indicated. Therefore, what was written about these moments did not upset us at all. The fact that it took 3.5 hours to get from the airport, they knew this information and were ready. We were lucky with a renovated room on the 1st floor, sea view, and did not pay anything extra. The cleaning is excellent, soap , shampoo, shower gel were brought every day. We changed the towel daily, the bed was replaced every 2 days, but we put everything on the floor.
For the first 2 days we could not calmly go to sea, this moment of course upset everyone, but I remembered about the pier when we watched video reviews and, desperate, went with the children. And there was no limit to the joy. The water is clean and warm. Children were jumping off the pier.
Animation is a complete zero. I didn't understand at all what these under-animators were doing there. But we found beach volleyball, darts, bocce, table tennis, big tennis, it's all free. They began to spend time actively. And this incomprehensible animation was not needed. For a fee of 3 euros, we played billiards. We traveled to Alanya on our own by bus 1 in 45 minutes. We looked at the fortress, got to Cleopatra Beach, climbed the funicular, visited the Damlatash cave, and managed to return to the hotel for lunch. Of course, the animators are not talking about anything, I also do not recommend the Ala card restaurant, they serve slowly, the children ran away. while the food was being carried. The rest is a supper, the staff is friendly, smiling, there is a lot of food, everything is cleaned quickly, there are enough tables, the dishes are clean. Everyone was well fed and healthy. We rested as a couple in this hotel from 07. to 05.27.2024 for twenty days
and did not want to leave.
The road from Antalya to the hotel did not seem tedious, we arrived at night, quickly passed the inspection and after receiving our luggage we got into a minibus where there were four more couples and were in place in three hours.
Despite the fact that it was four o'clock in the morning, we were fed and then settled in room 446 on the fourth floor with a sea view, we paid 20 dollars for it.
The room is large, comfortable, I really liked it, cleaning was done every day, changing towels too, although they do not like to dust under the beds.
They got used to the noise from the road, which they write about, in a couple of days and slept with an open balcony, even the chorus of frogs added color in the evenings.
The food is varied and delicious, I really liked the grilled fish, it is different every day, the freshest.
The Ala Kart restaurant was not impressed.
There were different kitchens three times a week
{ Turkish, Italian, Seafood } great. We are not addicted to alcohol, we drank white wine, not bad.
Everything was fine on the beach, a nice green area, gozlema didn't like it very much, cocktails too, ayran is diluted.

My wife and I were vacationing here.
We liked everything very much, special thanks to the hotel for such a responsive and friendly staff - everyone works so conscientiously, knows their business, and treats their work with full dedication.
In general, we learned about the hotel back in 2021, our friends were vacationing here. A few years later, we flew here to rest. The reality has super exceeded our expectations. Of course, we knew that the hotel was far from Antalya airport, so we prepared in advance - we ordered an individual transfer to the hotel. It's nice when the minibus is waiting only for us, the cost is $ 75 for such comfort, and two hours later we were already at the hotel. The transfer was ordered from Alik.
Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains.
The territory in the hotel is wonderful, it is convenient that, if desired, you can retire, or you can be in the center of an active life. Of course, we preferred calmness. At first it seemed to us that the hotel was only half full, but it turned out not to be so. The hotel is being sold out for several months in advance.
There are no queues anywhere, either on the beach, in the restaurant, or in the hotel lobby. There are always empty seats. Everything is so clean, and we love it!
The food is at the highest level. All dishes are replenished promptly. We noticed that the restaurant manager always monitors the work in the restaurant halls and the beach bar. Of course, some words of gratitude to those who serve the restaurant – everything is cleaned so quickly. There are actually people, but we didn't even notice their number. We always sat where we wanted to. The staff works famously, dirty dishes are cleaned quickly, tablecloths are rearranged and now the table is ready for new guests.
There is a beautiful green area in front of the sea. Such an interesting landscape, it even looks homely somehow. It was very pleasant to relax under the shade of exotic trees. The lawn, the flowers are well maintained – everything is clean and beautiful.
The beach is also clean. The territory by the sea is open, there is a place for everyone. The canopy, umbrellas, sun beds and mattresses are all in place. As for entering the sea, it was convenient for us, we swim well. Although there were those who were dissatisfied with the entry, but there will always be such everywhere....
Also, of course, special thanks to Alik's Tours agency. We went on jeep safari, rafting and lights of Anatolia excursions with them - the prices are pleasant. Everything was great, we found a VK group.
Our vacation was a success and we plan to return here 100%! We recommend the hotel!

We stayed in this hotel for 12 days and identified the cons and pros for ourselves, looking ahead, I will say that we would not have returned here a second time.
Positive:
The rooms are fresh, i.e. the furniture is in good condition, there is everything you need, a large balcony with sea views.
The sea is across the street, the beach is clean, there is a snack bar on the beach from 10 to 18 o'clock, you can play volleyball and do yoga until the evening.
Entertainment: evening show program, music, tennis, table tennis, fitness room, billiards.
The staff is good-natured, I would like to highlight the administrator, Nelya, who will always answer questions and help.
Minuses:
It takes at least 3 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. Upon check-in, it turned out that our room was not ready and we were placed in another room for the night, and in the morning we had to move.
Cleaning in the room is bad, i.e. stains on mirrors and glasses, the countertop is not wiped, the floor is washed poorly (a lot of dust and sand on the walls, especially in the shower), the drain in the shower does not work well, you need to wait 20 minutes after washing until the water goes away, beach towels are changed for an additional fee, walls in the bathroom dirty, a foot towel, lay on the bathroom floor for 4 days, it was never cleaned or changed.
The food, although diverse at first glance, is absolutely not tasty, from the word at all, in recent days we have eaten salads, because the food no longer caused appetite, there is also a huge queue for every dinner at the grill, this is the only thing (not counting vegetables) that you can eat delicious, but for this you need to stand for half an hour with with a plate.
Wi-fi is free only in the lobby, in the rooms you need to pay separately and it works poorly, you go out to the balcony and it turns off.
In the evening, you can not play tennis, because you need to pay extra for the light on the playground, billiards is also paid.
It is also paid to weigh a suitcase before leaving.
You can get bottled water once, then only in 0.2 cups that are in refrigerators, which is why there is always a lot of plastic in the room.

More or less (norm. But it doesn't pull in 5 stars. At 4 , without a plus. The trash cans in the rooms are small, there is nothing to clean the mattress and pillows. Wi-Fi is paid in the rooms. Soap soap kits are not complete. To whom as it should be. The underwear is tired. There are no Russian TV channels. We rested from 06/26.24 to 1.08.24. It took a really long time to get from the airport, almost 4 hours. After the flight at 4.30 and waiting for luggage at Antalya airport at 1:30, it's really very painful, but we were ready for it.

We paid $ 20 extra for a room with a sea view and $ 24 for wifi in the room for 6 days on 2 phones (I remind you, in 2024 at the 5-star hotel). The room is beautiful at first glance, spacious, freshly renovated. However, a bunch of jambs are immediately visible, namely:
1. Terrible floor cleaning, especially in the bathroom.
2. Dirty mirror in the same bathroom, with traces of paint.
3. The door to the toilet closes with difficulty, it needs to be hit hard.
4. The broken mount from the hair dryer, exposing the wires (in the immediate vicinity of the sink). We fixed it ourselves.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. Bad animation. She's not here.
2. The meager cocktail menu at the bar.
3. The average a la carte restaurant.
4. Replacement of beach towels - 1€ per piece.

To the pros:

3. Close to the sea. The sea, of course, is clean, very warm. It's a delight.
4. Bar and snack bar on the beach, lots of soft and alcoholic drinks, fresh water, French fries, watermelon and burgers before dinner.
In general, for the money, the hotel is not bad. All we needed was the sea, the sun and food. We got it in full. It is not clear how the 5 stars were obtained. If it were not for this factor, they would not have paid attention to the disadvantages, the mark would have been 5.

Flights arrive in Antalya, 150 km to the hotel,
it's 3 hours for sure, and if you bring more tourists to other hotels along the way, then 3.5 hours.
The hotel is not bad, it certainly does not pull 5 stars, BUT the food is very decent, delicious-fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, pastries, fruits, everything in sufficient quantity, everyone had enough!
I really liked the room: large enough (adult, + child 11 years old), comfortable bed 2-bedroom, the child has a separate bed + armchair) the bathroom is normal, everything worked. The room has a balcony overlooking the sea, the room was in the shade, very lucky. The air conditioner worked well.
Cleaning is possible every day, changing towels (read the instructions carefully), they are cleaned on average, but it suited us, my son and I are neat, so we did not make a problem out of it.
The territory of the hotel is very small, the sea is across the street from the hotel, an underground tunnel is provided on the territory of the hotel (in principle it is normal), the beach is large enough, there were enough sun beds.
The beach is cleaned no matter what, garbage, cigarette butts.
Sunbeds and mattresses should also be washed before the season (greasy, dirty, not very pleasant). If there is no storm, the sea is transparent, but the entrance is difficult, plates (slippers are required). Internet only in the lobby, rooms and other areas will be charged. Towels are exchanged for a fee of 1 €. Local drinks are included in the price of the Voucher (you can drink). You need to pay extra for everything: changing a beach towel is for money, it is impossible to iron things yourself - only for an additional fee.the fee. I read that they clean well, but there are also many questions about what cleaning means: the floor is not vacuumed or washed every day, and there are still enough small stones in the room. In 10 days, they "ironed" the mop once and changed the sheets 1 time. Wet clothes and towels can only be dried by throwing over the balcony railing or laying out on chairs and a table (even when approaching the hotel, I noticed that the entire hotel was covered in towels along the facade, but otherwise it would not be possible to dry). The food is quite monotonous, the breakfasts are about nothing at all. This is the 4th time in Turkey and we have always been very fond of various Turkish sweets, of which there is always a sea everywhere, but here, unfortunately, there are very few and monotonous.
By the pool seats - in July, there were free sunbeds only at 6-7 in the morning. Then everything is occupied. We rested at sea exclusively in the green zone, because small umbrellas on the beach do not save from the sun. At all.
We love a relaxing holiday, so we didn't sweat animation, but aqua aerobics at 15:00 in the sun is just no words ...
If you plan excursions, then this is also quite a long time, unless you limit yourself to Alanya.
The only plus is the clear sea, if you enter from the pier and the Russian-speaking female administrators Nelly and Elena. They will always help and prompt you on any issue. We tried to pay more attention to the advantages, but if not for the planned vacation with my daughter and
son-in-law, who do not live in Russia, it is not so easy to choose a joint hotel, then we would not have come here ourselves. If you have already been to good hotels, then I do not recommend this hotel. I would no longer plan to stay at this hotel myself.
