The hotel is clean, the renovation is beautiful, the interior looks expensive and rich, especially the elevator.
The food was not delicious, the chicken in the soup was straight homemade, it did not smell very pleasant.
Although the broth was normal. The portions are large, but not tasty. Kebabs in general - goodbye, we listened to the aroma and did not even touch it. Lyulya kebab is dry and not tasty, stupidly minced chicken with large pieces of onion on dry lovash, it is not possible to eat - it stank of something incomprehensible. The red sauce that is served with the dishes is also not clear - either barbecue or something else, very liquid…
From what was not too bad: Greek salad with plastic tomatoes and croutons, horseradish sauce is also strange served with them, very tasty corona beer in a Bottle, thank you for serving with a slice of lime.
There are no bathrobes in the room. The TV is very far from the bed, the bed linen is clean, the room is clean, there was no drink opener, but then they brought it, the refrigerator was not turned off immediately, the room was not pre-ventilated.
There is no handle in the shower cabin, which makes it difficult to close the door behind you, there is no watering can, only a rain shower.
In the afternoon, at 15:00, the electric power was turned off, but the automatic diesel generator worked and after a couple of minutes everything worked.
In general, the emotions of visiting this hotel are not unambiguous, for the same money we have been to better hotels with tastier food.
The service is normal, the girl who brought the food was out of shape and without a badge it was not clear that she was an employee of the room service, but she was quite courteous, so I wanted to leave a tip. It was probably the only thing that did not cause unpleasant emotions.
The guy at the reception is also a darling, he told me and showed me everything.
In general, what is stated in the advertisement, to put it mildly, does not fully correspond to reality, I hope that something will be decided with food at this hotel.

A fairly new and fresh hotel.
Spacious rooms - lots of light and air. Attentive staff demonstrating oriental hospitality.
The beautiful architecture of the building differs favorably from the modern "new model" nearby. The only thing I would like to wish is to decorate the surrounding landscape (flowers, shrubs), which will immediately increase the level of perception of the hotel.

The Koktobe Hotel has met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The photos are completely true. A large, beautiful restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very tasty). There is also a bar with a very interesting design, good furniture, the bartender and staff are professionals in their field! We chose the hotel for a long time, we were afraid that we would lose the choice.When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. It is located not far from the city center.The cafe-restaurant is excellent, delicious cuisine,pleasant interior. Clean, cozy rooms, the room has a refrigerator, a Smart TV, which was very pleasantly surprised. So the sauna is tin, I thought it was so-so, but everything turned out to be very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is very pleasing because of the diversity. If you are passing through this city, I advise you to stop here.

Отель хороший!
1) Номера все свежие, красивые, с современным ремонтом и дизайном. В номере есть холодильник, сейф, кондиционер. Много полотенец. И тапочки) Все, что нужно для удобств было. Единственное что, Wi-Fi не всегда хорошо работал(
2) Ресепшн работал круглосуточно, молодой человек на стойке всегда был готов помочь. Отвечал четко и по делу.
3) Также в стоимость входил завтрак. В целом, завтрак скромненький: яичница, сосиски, каша, хлопья. Также несколько видов булочек, сыров, колбас. В целом, наестся можно.
4) В гостинице была зона спа. Баня, увы, не работала, а вот хаммам был хорош. Бассейн прохладный, после хамма самое то.
5) Также есть услуга прачечной, все постирали быстро и доставили в номер чуть меньше чем за сутки. Вещи также могут погладить.
6) На заднем дворе есть парковка. Смутило то, что она не закрывается на ночь( но это не точно ). Также есть отдельная комната для курильщиков на -1 этаже.
7) Самое грустное это кафе на -1 этаже. Иногда еду приносили очень долго((( Хотя еда вкусная.. но ждать около часа, это конечно, печально… А вот бармен работал хорошо.
В целом, у нас остались положительные впечатления. Красиво, чисто.

Хороший отель, пока всё новое, не изношенное. Разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Не в центре города, но с таким трафиком и расстояниями это и не важно.

Уютный, чистый отель. Хорошие кровати, для детей предоставили раскладушки. В баре вкусно готовят.
-1 звезда за отсутствие рожка для обуви ( и отсутствие душа на гибком шланге,только верхний душ. Если вам не надо мыть волосы, то они все равно будут мокрые 🫤

Вопше не соответствует цены пол люкс стоит 40 тыс.бар пустой даже в пульте батарейка нету ресепшын не берет трубку надо спускаться и завтрак не включён.
