Hello, I visited this hotel in September 2024, the impression is 3, of the advantages the hotel is in a good location, a historical building in a beautiful place, cons: the hotel needs repair everything is dilapidated and outdated, plumbing does not work well, both the washbasin and the shower were not washed off at all, after the remark, the blockage in the washbasin was eliminated, in the shower so and they did not eliminate it, the staff is friendly, they are very worried about the room keys with a Plexiglass keychain, the breakfasts are meager, a strange place in the center of Vienna!!!!

Beautiful hotel, good rooms, service. Very tasty breakfasts. Omelet and cappuccino - the best! Located in the very center of Vienna - 5 minutes to St. Stephen's Cathedral

Нас поселили в номер на последнем этаже со скошенной крышей, об которую постоянно бились головой и нагибались, жутко неудобно. Всё стоит не на своих местах, впихано, неуютный номер, неудобная кровать. Персонал вежливый, холл гостиницы - отличный. Самое отличное у гостиницы - это расположение. Он расположен рядом с парком в тихом месте и в центре города. В целом цена-качество - сойдет.
