One of the most unpleasant experiences with hotels. I don't recommend it. It all started with the fact that we arrived at the hotel, and there was no one at the reception. We waited for the administrator for about 10 minutes. When an older woman finally came over, we tried to explain to her in English that we had already booked a room through the Agoda service. She didn't understand us, tried to check us in “manually”, offered us some rooms, as if we just came from the street. It took us 15 minutes to prove that we already had a reservation. In the end, we figured it out, paid in cash, and were moved into room 205. We left our things, started unpacking, and then the bathroom light suddenly turns off. After a couple of minutes, the light disappears in the whole room. The icing on the cake: there is almost no water pressure, there is no cold water at all, only boiling water pours from the faucet and shower, it is impossible to wash. We went to the receptionist again, told him about everything, and they offered us another room, 305, on the floor above. We checked — everything seems to be in order, even there is a refrigerator, we were glad. We left our things and went for a walk. We returned late in the evening, everything is fine. But at one-thirty in the morning, water starts gushing from the ceiling in the bathroom. We woke up in a panic — it's unclear what's going on. Of course, I couldn't sleep anymore. Let's add to this: the audibility is terrible, everything that happens on the floors can be heard as if the walls are made of cardboard. There is a construction site nearby, window frames and some building materials are lying on the balcony. The door to the balcony does not close. The room is a little dirty, and they only gave you one towel, even if there are two of you. In general, the rest was ruined, and this is absolutely not what you would expect from a hotel. I don't recommend staying here, even for one night.
