An excellent option in terms of price/quality, Sangwangsimni Metro Station is a 5-minute leisurely walk (exit 4). For breakfast (8.00-10.00), you can fry eggs, toast, 2 types of cereal with milk, instant coffee /tea in bags, cooking and washing dishes yourself. Perhaps a small bathroom will be critical for someone, but for South Korea this is more the norm than the exception))
