Firstly, when draining the old oil, they tore off the thread and said that your bolt was broken and you need to change the pallet cover, we will put our own bolt, but it does not fit, so we will cover it with sealant.
The next time you change the oil, you just need to pump it out.
Secondly, when the oil filter was installed, the mount was broken, and when I went, the oil began to flow out a little, and later it poured into everything, but the service station warranty had already passed.
Therefore, if you want to change the oil, buy from them, but change it elsewhere.

I gave the car for repair. He announced a list of problems. We did not call it, we did not do it, there are no spare parts, this is up to removing the engine, you will be charged 325 rubles for replacing the oil and handbrake cables from the entire list agreed upon. And these are my spare parts! I'm talking suspension diagnostics, the rack is knocking, maybe something else. The answer is yes, the rack is knocking from you 35p. I.e., without you, I did not know that it was knocking.Where is the diagnostic card? Don't know. We have hung thermal protectors on plastic clamps from 40 rubles. So I didn't ask you and you didn't coordinate with me. It doesn't matter anymore, that's 40p and that's it. The pipe is flowing, yes it is flowing. It is necessary to order, the replacement is 200 rubles + the cost of the tube. The guys from another car service make a 70p replacement and a 20p or 25p tube, and also with a receipt and through the terminal! They are recorded in two weeks, probably this is an indicator that the quality and price! The worst, the worst car service ever visited. They breed only for money, they take it more precisely only for what they looked at, but in fact there is no work. So why then your service station?
P. S. After 3 days, the silent blocks knocked on the front from both sides, draw conclusions as they did the diagnostics for which they took the money...
