I liked the hotel, the windows offer a magnificent view of the sea. Modern renovation, large beds, spacious balcony. The area is beautiful and well maintained. A 5-minute walk from the hotel is a shopping center with a supermarket, ATMs, cafes. The hotel does not accept the union pay card and requires a deposit.
I really liked it. Friendly reception. Beautiful lobby. Cozy live music. The rooms are clean, beautiful view from the window, tea, coffee, comfortable bed, good TV, I really liked it, I rested with pleasure, swimming pool, relax room.. It's extraordinary.
The hotel itself is beautiful, new building, new linen, comfortable beds, we had a stunning view of the sea from the 16th floor. There is an outdoor pool with very cold water, we went to the indoor pool in the spa area and there is also a Jacuzzi. Breakfast was included, we were not hungry, but we did not see such culinary pleasure as in Shangri la. It was very annoying that before checking in it was impossible to negotiate with the staff about the provision of flowers in the room, to clarify some points. My husband asked for a preliminary bill 2 days before departure in order to understand our expenses. We were given a bill, but at the time of eviction, this bill was 2.5 times higher. Well, the cherry on the cake is 50 euros missing from my wallet. This is despite the fact that our cleaning lady wrote us a note asking for a tip for doing her job. I have never seen this in any hotels before!))) They left 20 euros, but apparently it wasn't enough for her. In general, the hotel left mixed impressions. The food in the restaurant is monotonous, I did not like the cuisine. Yes, there is a mall nearby, but the price tag is clearly too high. The views of the sea and the incoming dolphins were pleasantly relaxing. We will not go back there again, Shangri la is again above all in my rating.
A lovely boutique hotel, with small but cozy rooms.
The hotel has a wonderful restaurant with an excellent menu, the same service and delicious food.
Some rooms offer beautiful views, but that's if you're lucky.)
The hotel is conveniently located near the Bosphorus.
My favorite hotel in Istanbul. Very comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfasts. The rooms are large, there are various residences for families with children. Everything is in the hotel location. Spa, swimming pool, steam room, beauty salon. Excellent location of the hotel relative to the main tourist sites, the mosque and the Sultan Ahmed Palace. It takes 10 minutes by taxi. In a quiet area with direct sea views. There are three decent shopping centers nearby: A plus, Capacity and Carousel. Convenient access. There is a private promenade where you can walk and sit with a cup of coffee.
We were there at a conference on personal finance management.
What can I say? I do not recommend staying there for any reason!
The room stock at first glance seems decent, but then you realize that everything is very outdated and requires renovation. Maybe, of course, this is the specifics of Turkish craftsmanship. Because there you can find fault with everything, starting from dirty toilets and dust behind the bed, dirty curtains, etc.
And I was also very offended by the moment in the dining room.
When we arrived, the breakfasts were more varied, there were teaspoons, bowls for jam and yogurt. And on the two days of the conference, everything changed exactly the opposite! Meager breakfasts and a lack of appliances on the face. And teaspoons and bowls have disappeared from use.
We stayed two days longer than everyone else. And as if by magic, after the end of the event, everything was restored again!!!
That's the attitude!
I do not recommend it! While I was writing, I wanted to put two stars, but I'll leave three for a good location on the coastline, and a beautiful view from the window!
A great place for a cozy vacation. Delicious and varied breakfasts. For lunch and dinner, you will always find something to order in the hotel's restaurants. Friendly professional staff.
Rooms are well cleaned.
I was there for the Ceres reataurant. The setting is perfect, the view is great, the outside garden has a super view. Chicken dishes make a difference in flavor rather than meat dishes. I recommend that the employees involved make a difference.

The hotel is simply unreal! The lobby is of stunning beauty! The balcony has a sea view, even in bad weather I enjoyed the sound of the surf. Nice pool and steam room. Super polite staff. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious, breakfasts for 4+.
An excellent hotel on the shores of the Marmara Sea, half an hour's drive from the center of Istanbul. Of the disadvantages, there are sleeping areas around, there is nowhere to go out.
I always felt their hospitality until I left my venture. I had a very pleasant time.

New (overbought from another hotel), but the rooms are so poorly thought out and not cozy that somehow they immediately regretted entering. Especially this toilet - shower room of an open type, it is not very cozy.
On the third day, breakfast was already boring. On the fifth, it was already annoying. Nothing new, there seems to be a choice, but it is very primitive and cheap for this segment of this network.
The hotel has a lot of staff, but all of them are useless, they just pretend to work.
No tea will be offered at breakfast, they will walk five times from table to table with a look into the distance.
Trays are constantly being dropped, something is being smashed.
In general, the level is low. And keep in mind that many rooms look at the wall of the neighboring building.
Initially, I wrote to the hotel that my wife has a doctor, I am a platinum member, but they still gave me a room, although with a sea view, but not the last one to the sea, but presented it before checking in so that it is almost the best thing there is. Nonsense.
