We stayed at this hotel with a group of children in early June. Everyone liked everything! Let's take it in order: 1. The rooms are not bad - the room in the main building is quite modern, in some buildings, perhaps a little worse. Some complained about the cleaning, but I personally had no complaints in 10 days.… She came to the room only to wash, sleep and change clothes. 2. The food is very varied and delicious. Perhaps you shouldn't expect any delicacies (shrimp, mussels), but no one was left hungry. The desserts are excellent, during the day you could go to the cafeteria to get delicious ice cream, coffee and cakes (cheesecake - fire). 3. The cocktails are quite good, but it depends on the bartender, a separate respect to Mehmet)) in general, the alcohol seemed high-quality and undiluted (except beer) 4. Immaculate green area, a large number of pools, the cleanest beach and sea, the water is impeccable 5. Entertainment: everyone will find something to do. We actively participated in darts and archery. Every morning there is a morning gym, there is also a gym, a tennis court, a football and basketball court, table tennis tables, and beach volleyball. The animation is great, and there are always interesting and beautiful shows on stage in the evening. There is also an active children's animation. One of the disadvantages: it's too far from the airport, 2.15 by public transfer with a mandatory stop for 20 minutes… Total: we had something to compare this hotel and the rest in general, we were worried about the negative reviews, but everyone was more than satisfied. Even a couple of rainy days couldn't spoil the experience.

I can safely recommend this hotel. We had a big family vacation from 16 to 77 years old, everyone is happy. The territory is small, but everything is located nearby, it is convenient. The beach is in a beautiful bay. The pebbles are a bit large, but you can move a little to the left and get almost sand. You can climb the cliff nearby and see the ruins of an ancient settlement. Nice big rooms, comfortable mattresses. If the room has a sea view, it will have a great view. If you're not so lucky with the room, there's a veranda in the lobby with a sea view. The animation is standard, just like everywhere else. Good cocktails, delicious champagne, pastry shop, ice cream until 23 hours. The food is ordinary, without frills, but they feed you all day - it's impossible to stay hungry. Be sure to go to ala-kart, we were in Italian, we really liked it, I think that fish and Turkish are also worthy. And they also have a cool feature - the Turkish breakfast ala-kart, it was very interesting to try. As in Istanbul, they bring a tray with various snacks, tortillas, porridge made from flour. And all this on a beautiful veranda under olive trees. Among the disadvantages: old towels in the room and on the beach, an inconvenient system for depositing beach towels. And one more thing: we were very surprised - it was a birthday, they didn't even give us a postcard from the hotel, not to mention the desired compliment. At the same time, the Germans were relaxing in the next room, they were brought a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit just on the day of their arrival. But despite this, I give the hotel 5.

A wonderful family hotel. We lived in the Theodore building. The room is nice, the child has a 1.5 double bed, a balcony with sea view. A football field under a canopy, from where it was impossible to get my son out The beautiful sea is just a stone's throw away, pantaloons from which you can dive ... very decent food, drinks for every taste, delicious cocktails with and without alcohol, snack bars on the sea and at the bass)) the pool at the Deluxe building is excellent, there are few people, its own bar, but it is only for those who live in Deluxe (gray bracelet, green ones are not allowed). The adjacent Clubhouse pool is noisy and crowded. Overall, the verdict is that everything is just great, the staff is friendly, they will help/prompt! Anyone who wants to get to the bottom of the details can do it in any hotel. So I think the hotel is fabulous for my money!! If you have children, feel free to come here, it will be good for you and the kids. Good luck to all

I was from March 14 to March 23, I really liked everything, the green hotel, very cozy, great room, beautiful view of the bay, the food was good and I was surprised that the desserts were delicious, the staff was polite and friendly.Bottom line: I really liked everything) I took a massage course at the spa center (hammam), I liked it, master Zelikha top. I walked around, the hotel stands out from the rest, I arrived at a nice pebble beach, did not swim, cool water so far, but a lot of people swam.Special respect for the basketball court, I went to throw a ball every day.

Lots of pools, lots of entertainment locations, discos, foam parties, a variety of food, not only super tasty, but everyone will find for themselves what they want and what they like. Of course, the hotel takes its territory, it's just huge and incredibly beautiful, a variety of trees, flowers, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is almost all Russian-speaking. The room is large and clean. The hotel is a little tired (I would like to replace the doors, they creak terribly, like the entrance to the loggia), but this is not critical. Whoever is looking for something to find fault with will find it. In general, we had a great rest! Oh, well, the only thing was, music was screaming terribly loudly from the neighboring hotel in the evenings, when it was time to go to bed (mostly for children).

This is not the first time in Turkey, it is in this hotel that the best children's animators are engaged with them 100% - every day there are quizzes, English lessons, fakes, baked cookies, made a vase out of clay, and so on. I refused a massage in the hammam, and all the days of my vacation, the woman (with glasses and short hair) who offered it to me was looking for an excuse to make a remark. Nice pebble-sand beach. Entering the water is a bit difficult. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. But strong waves bring algae and debris from the sea. It's very picturesque-a beautiful hill with pine trees nearby- it's interesting to walk + beautiful photos. The food is not very varied, but you will not stay hungry. Lots of vegetables, salads. The staff is very smiling and polite. Good weekend shows, interesting programs by imported artists. ---there are few meat-chicken-fish options, and they are monotonous. The cakes are outwardly different in taste and practically do not differ. But the biggest disadvantage is the cleaning of the room (practically none, but they take chocolates and $)), dirty toilets on the beach and in the lobby, dirty tables and plates in the dining room. Only the territory is cleaned very well, paths and lawns are washed several times a day.

We had a lot of fun, thanks a lot for: food (fish days and ala kart are generally a fairy tale, burger joint, kutabs, cheeses, and in general, whatever you want to eat, everything is delicious, coffee shop with cakes and gelato = barista Feraya works wonders, alcohol is great for men! entertainment on the shore is great, the water in the sea is crystal clear, children's animation and entertainment are great, nearby the ruins of the city of Justiniania-walking and what kind of views-beauty, the staff is polite and always helpful, everyone speaks Russian and English, shopping at the outlet - take the euro, the dollar is not in use as and in Dutch free, if you run out of currency, pay for the transfer in rubles-everyone accepts it. To sum up: our whole family enjoyed cultural, aesthetic and nutrition beyond all praise! The children are happy!

We stayed at the Justiniano Deluxe Hotel in Alanya. I must say right away that this is definitely not a 5–star level, but a maximum of 4. Rooms: Upon check-in, we were placed in a room that was clearly not fully prepared. The towels are simply laid out haphazardly, with a minimal set of disposable accessories: a tiny tube of toothpaste, small sachets of shower gel and shampoo. It feels like everything is being done on cue. Purity: The hotel as a whole gives the impression of being untidy. The glasses in the restaurant and bar were washed very poorly, sometimes they remained sticky. Perhaps because of this or because of the general unsanitary conditions, our whole family eventually left with food poisoning, which, of course, ruined the whole vacation. Food: The food is monotonous from day to day. Only on Thursday there were rolls, but they turned out to be spoiled – very sour taste, obviously not fresh. Territory and pools: The hotel really has something to be proud of here. The pools are excellent, the beach is nearby and convenient access to the sea, the territory is well maintained, beautiful and large. Conclusion: If it weren't for the beautiful grounds and good pools, the score would be even lower. Unfortunately, the service and hygiene do not meet the stated 5 stars. The hotel needs more careful cleanliness control and attentive attitude towards guests. I do not recommend it to those who expect a really high level of service and varied food from a 5-star hotel.

The breakfasts and lunches are standard, with a more varied cuisine at dinner. Of the cons: 1. a smelly pool (although people swam and did not smell the smells), 2. rotten animators - important! Not the animation itself (it's very interesting, they invite different groups with ready-made numbers), but it's about the animator girls, who seem to be just for extras. 3. The infrastructure is nearby - the hotel will not affect it in any way. It is located between Side and Alanya. If you want shopping, restaurants and the like, then neither in Alanya nor in Side there will be such shopping malls as in Antalya, it is important to understand this. It's a pure seal vacation on the beach. 4. It would be nice to add an air conditioner to the SPA. In general, we are satisfied with everything, we had a great time!

The cuisine is diverse, there probably weren't enough meat dishes, the child ate only the dishes he was used to, a lot of things didn't go as it was specific to the taste, my husband and I were fine)) In general, in addition to the main restaurant, there are many places on the territory where you can have a snack, you definitely won't be hungry! The rooms are "tired", it is clear that they already need to be updated. We first moved into a separate Theodora building, where the rooms are cheaper and naturally worse, spent one night and moved to the main building with an additional fee. I didn't want to walk to a separate building in a hill every time. In the main building, they first moved into a room where there was a mess, then they changed it to another one... in general, there are questions about the rooms and cleanliness, too. One of the things that was not very pleasant was that the child managed to catch an intestinal infection two days before departure, although all hygiene and preventive measures were followed, but spending the night in the hospital spoiled the overall impression of the rest and the hotel as well! In general, the hotel is not bad, it impresses with its territory and super-involved staff!

We were with 2 children in early April. The hotel definitely falls short of 5 *. We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., put on bracelets and were told to come up to 12 and were sent for breakfast, after 12 we checked into the room, the one we had originally booked, a 2-room room. After the first night, we realized that it was not possible to stay in the room any further, because of an extraneous sound, the reception solved the problem in 10 minutes and changed the room very quickly. The food seems to be OK, but very monotonous, fish, veal, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables. A large selection of desserts. There wasn't enough porridge for breakfast. Fruits include apples of 2-3 types, oranges, and bananas. The beach seemed dirty, and the entry into the sea was not very good. There is a pine forest near the beach, you can walk there. The pool is OK, but there is not enough space. Only beer and rose wine are allowed from alcohol, everything else is fuu. Juices are from boxes, not a vending machine, in this case. There are good cakes and ice cream in the cafeteria, nuts and popcorn in the bars. There was practically no animation during the day, and in the evening it was also so-so, perhaps out of season. We took a children's program at the SPA, and we liked everything. The Internet catches well, in the room, lobby, by the pool, does not reach the sea. There is no cleaning in the room, the hotel has been renovated in many places, which also causes noise. It's difficult to sleep on the 1st floor in the morning.😃 There's a restaurant downstairs, everyone is moving chairs, the audibility is wild(( the hotel is not bad, but we wouldn't go back.

The beach for four is a mixture of pebbles and sand, but better than anywhere else in the neighborhood. The hotel itself is a little tired, but they are being put in order for the season. We lived in Theodore, the rooms are large and comfortable. Compared to previous reviews, we have made a free Wi-Fi connection. It catches perfectly in rooms and buildings, worse at pools, and barely gets to the beach. The safes seem to be free too, we didn't use them. The cleaning is good. The staff is friendly, almost everyone understands Russian. Food for slaughter - you can eat everywhere, plenty and tasty. The meat is mainly turkey and chicken. Sweets are a separate song: for every taste and in any quantity. There are not a lot of fruits. Alcohol is free, you can ask for not only local, but also high-quality imported - they pour it without question. A large selection of cocktails, also free - probably drunk for life. The boor is weak, it doesn't get cold feet. There were a lot of pools, but the water was still a bit cold, more sunbathing than swimming. The slides were on schedule, but there was enough to ride. When we stopped by, there weren't many vacationers, it was the beginning of the season. There were a lot more people by the time I left, and I had to "fight" for a towel and seats in the dining room, but it was generally tolerable. The audience is mostly Russians and Germans. The atmosphere is friendly. To summarize, I recommend the hotel!

We checked in very quickly, The room is great It's cold in the building (end of March), it's not critical, of course, but the fact that we waited 2.5 hours for duvet covers on the first night is terrible. She said it was cold, and the answer was "turn on the air conditioner," but I don't want to breathe warm air, but I want to sleep warm. At the reception: "So you don't have a blanket?". There were blankets, but without duvet covers, and it's not at all hygienic to sleep like that, they would have offered you a toothbrush after other vacationers. By the way, about the brush, for the first time I didn't take anything, because I'm used to having it everywhere... and those... nothing... I complained, they said we didn't provide it, but everything was fine upon my return. The territory is large, and the fragrance of flowers, orange and lemon trees is gorgeous. There is no animation yet, or it is weak, which is not visible or audible. The food for my daughter and me is excellent, lots of greens and vegetables, BUT for men it will be meager. There is NO choice of meat! Fish almost always. The fruits are only 3-4 types of apples and bananas, sometimes oranges. But the pastry chef from God is diverse, sooo delicious. The cafeteria bar is open until 23:00. Sweets, coffee, tea, drinks, alcohol are available. The SPA is good. The masseur, a man with a ponytail, thought he would break me for the first time, but after his massage, my arm stopped wedging. He gives his best 100%, stretches every muscle, sees the problem and works on it. I took a massage course from him, it's worth it. *I add: at the last session, I was in constant tension, wondering if the masseur was overstepping the boundaries, like nothing, but as if not quite as usual. Massage therapist with a ponytail It's a good playground, but I didn't see if there was a kids' club until I arrived without the younger children. I am sure that it will be much cooler here in the summer, all the pools, all the bars will work, and there will be intense animation. Despite the disadvantages, I plan to return here with the whole family.

Minuses: The Internet, Wi-Fi, tune in to detox from gadgets, because it's disgusting here and catches only at the lobby or cafe. If you are accommodated in the neighboring Theodore building, you will have to walk 10 minutes in each direction for the sake of the main kitchen. And if you don't like walking down a steep slope, you'll probably encounter queues at the elevators. The area around the hotel is provincially touristy, there is nothing to see from the large fake outlet stores within walking distance. Overall, the hotel left a good impression. Mainly because of the staff and entertainment programs. But it was positioned for us as 5 stars, and I would give a solid four.

We had a 2-storey family room (2 bathrooms, 2 air conditioners, 2 balconies, good beds)!The staff is all very friendly and helpful - it's very relaxing)! And the most important thing is the buffet)! Sooooooo huge selection of food for every meal for every taste, I really liked the fact that there were always diet dishes! There is a different cuisine for dinner every day (different chefs), and live music for dinner every other day. The only downside is that all their AWESOME desserts were served for dinner....(I really wanted tea with delicious cheesecake or a piece of cake in the morning....) Otherwise, only positive emotions remained from the rest! Every day there are different activities for everyone during the day, both for adults and for children, different disco themes every day (first a disco for children, and then for adults)! I recommend it!

At first, my husband and I would come an hour before dinner and stand guard at the dining room, at the same time I would occupy a table throwing my glasses and hat on it, and I would stand guard on the other side, no matter who threw this stuff into the pool (one dude was unlucky), as soon as the hall employee gave the command, everyone would break in to the meat, and to the empty tables. In general, if you do not describe in detail our every trip to dinner, then what just did not happen! And jumping over the fence into the dining room, and fighting over mashed potatoes (by the way, I want to point out the very tasty mashed potatoes, the poor waiter almost killed him then). There is a place to go. There are 4 pools on the territory, one with slides, 2 deep (~150 cm) and 1 paddling pool for kids, 40 cm deep. The pools are the cleanest!!!
