We had a rest from August 4 to 11. The hotel is excellent, I recommend it for a family holiday. The reception staff is polite, as in principle everywhere, special thanks to Adelina, it was nice to talk. The food is excellent, delicious, you definitely won't stay hungry, there are small queues for croissants and scrambled eggs, there are not enough tables at rush hour, the room is clean, they did wet cleaning almost every day, linen was changed 3 times, air conditioning, mini fridge, shower, but no shampoos. The sea is clean, warm, the entrance to the sea is pebbles, not very pleasant. I didn't really like the fact that they smoke on the beach, there should still be designated smoking areas for this, a beautiful pier, the hotel territory is large, there is a mini zoo, super animation, evening discos, foam disco,there is a pastry shop, delicious, 3 restaurants to choose from, we were in fish and Turkish, everything I liked it, there is a lot of food and delicious, the character is polite. Ice cream is free, but tasteless, and there is a fee. Water slides, large and small pools. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a family vacation in Giustiniano in early September 2024. My daughter is 8l. The hotel, the territory, the staff, the food, the animation, the kids' club-everything is cool and varied! Everything is in one place, you don't need to go anywhere. The territory is well maintained, everything is nearby. The number was changed, no problem. The staff is helpful. There are no complaints. The child always has something to do, the parents have a rest. The evening program is daily, except Sundays. Many thanks to the hotel for our stay! It is better to go to the hammam at the hotel, pay a little more, but do not go (not the promised 25 minutes, but an hour-an hour 20 in one direction) do not wait there for the group until everyone is given extra charges and everyone will wash and gather. we went from sanfan, we are extremely dissatisfied. Moreover, everyone who went to the bathhouse is unhappy. It's not worth it for a long time, half a day. Well, this is the only thing that upset us and took away precious rest time. We remember the rest with the most positive emotions, we would come back again.

We would like to express our huge thanks to the charming and responsive Angela, who made our vacation more pleasant. I was very pleased with the work of the animators. Funny, sociable and sincere guys. They work 24/7 and entertain vacationers 100%. I especially remember Yusuf and Nastya, who made us smile and always gave us positive emotions) People with joint problems are advised to contact the spa at the hotel. Real professionals work there, for example, a massage therapist with experience Farhad, who reduced knee pain in a couple of sessions. Administrators Sultan and Angela are very attentive to customer requests and select suitable services. The food at the hotel is delicious, but a little monotonous, so we highly recommend visiting the Italian, fish and Turkish a la carte restaurants at the hotel. Very tasty food, interesting presentation, great atmosphere. Each restaurant has wonderful guest relation staff, especially Angelina, who quickly and accurately booked our tables. The sea is within walking distance, warm and comfortable. Clean beaches. The entrance may be heavy due to the stones, but there is a pier with a descent. There are a lot of sun beds, it's nice to sit on the shore. In general, we were satisfied with our vacation at this hotel. The friendly atmosphere and wonderful people made it unforgettable. I want to return to such a place.
