Assistants and managers could not resolve the issue of delivery from one branch to another, due to the fact that the goods they had were stained. The manager did not even dare to arrange delivery even when they were going to pay for the delivery and until their customer support was called. The manager of this branch was too lazy to get back in touch and discuss the problem. I haven't had a scandal with the support service yet.
