I do not recommend it!!! There is no service, the manager in Astana deceived that the contract cannot be terminated and the money is not returned. We haven't called the call center yet, now we've been waiting for money for a month, we also can't get an answer from anyone when the money is sent! We regretted 1000 times that we contacted this company

This is the first time in my life I have come across such a terrible attitude. I am the injured party. The accident occurred on October 16. It's been more than 3 weeks!!! Until today, even an assessment of the damage has not been done. I have an absolutely incompetent manager Timurlan in touch with me, who cannot give a clear answer to my question. Give a clear answer WHEN WILL THE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT BE CARRIED OUT?!

Ужасные оценщики. В оценку пишут что угодно кроме того что нужно. У меня поведена геометрия, куска лонжерона вообще нет, полотно метала от начала и до стакана отсутствует, а они на сварочные работы пишут 1380тг, при этом вписывая приборную панель которая целая. В конечном счёте за тотал выплатили чуть меньше 600к при рыночной стоимости авто 2кк. Оценщики не скрывая в офисе предлагали заплатить им чтобы они максимальную выплату сделали. Иду к независимому оценщику и в суд, пусть ещё судебные издержки оплачивают за такое отношение.
