According to the facts: I came to issue a card. I spent two hours in the department until closing time. As a rule, the questionnaire was checked by the financial monitoring service. The financial monitor checked for two hours, did not answer calls, and the bank employee was doing his business on the phone all this time. Well, why not? The day goes by, the salary is dripping. He only started to move when I asked him again, "Well, what's there?" To which the employee sighed, looked up from the phone and started doing something. As a result, the working day ended and I was sent home! When I was asked to accept the complaint and call the management, they replied that there was no management. And the complaint was not accepted.
After a while, they called and told me to bring a scanned copy of the inn certificate.
A day later he came and brought a certificate. The certificate was uploaded to the questionnaire and everything is new! Again the waiting, again the indifference, again there is no guidance!
I'm sitting here waiting for the result. It's been 50 minutes.
