I opened a Savings deposit. It's been half a year. It was extended automatically. Interest rates have dropped. And they do not allow you to transfer to another deposit. They say that they should come to the bank on a weekday to write an application and only after 30 days they will be transferred to you. The specialist does not work on Saturday. And how do we go? The same work schedule. "Wonderful" service, "wonderful " deposit. Terribly disappointed.

Это отделение для обслуживания юр лиц. Очереди бывают редко. В году пару раз доводится ждать более часа. В отличие от соседнего отделения для обслуживания физ лиц, где прождать час - это норма.
