After calling the security service, checking, and convincing them that I was transferring money to scammers, they blocked a million tenge on the card and did not want to unblock it! Every time my request to unlock is referred to the security service. I have created an unblocking request by calling 7711. We corresponded with the manager on WhatsApp. I have written an agreement that I understand the responsibility for the translation. By the way, I don't need this translation anymore. I just want to take the money out of the bank! A day has passed. Today is February 7th. I called the bank in the middle of the day and again - wait for the call from the security service. I was waiting for a call, but no one called back. I called again in the evening. She asked me to unblock it. And again, the answer is: wait for a call from the security service. This is just bullying! This is the first time I've encountered this! Thank you for your concern, of course, but this is my money and I make the decision to transfer it to myself. Dear Bank! Don't you think that blocking a transfer of 300 thousand and blocking a million on a card is not the same thing! Are you the tax service or the National Security Committee to block my money? I am serviced by other banks in Kazakhstan, it often happens that the transfer is blocked. Transfer, not funds on the card!!!! Please note!!! But after communicating with the security service and explaining, they skip the transfers without any problems! I have been a customer of Zhusan Bank for many years! To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement! I'm just furious! Such an overkill with "caring" for the client!
