No one knows anything, you will hear the phrase "wait for me to clarify with the director" for every question you ask, and the premium client status does not give you the right to be served in any department. For some reason, you need to negotiate everything with your manager, who knows nothing and "he needs to clarify with the director." As a result, you will be asked to come to the bank, where they will solve the second issue for an hour, simultaneously selling their deposit programs. The dump is creepy. Zero customer focus.
