A couple of years ago I ordered the doors (entrance interior) everything was fine, I decided to order again, but I was wrong .... Managers (two girls (Natalia and ....) they are not customer-oriented at all, do not expect that someone will call you back, inform you about deadlines, delivery, changes, etc. You will have to call back and clarify everything yourself (despite prepayments and 100% payment without installments, loans and other things). Now for the case. We came, chose, ordered the front door, interior, and at the same time window / balcony frames, as well as accessories. Director Alexander came to the measurement (as he did a couple of years ago))), everything seems to be going according to plan... The deadline for the window frames came up, they called back a couple of days later, they came and installed it. The deadline for the front door has come, I'm waiting for a couple of days - silence, after a week I dialed myself.... 'Oh yes, I arrived, we'll dial additionally after installation and silence again, until I called and agreed. According to the interior, it was even worse, the production time was postponed, again I found out when I called myself, then the delivery, then there was not enough slats, I had to wait. Then there was no ordered hardware, they offered twice as much, without even looking at what it was originally. Ie, managers do not want to work at all. And the final is the door delivery, the delivery time was postponed several times. No one arrived at the appointed time, neither the managers, nor the director, nor the driver answered the phones. As a result, we were 2.5 hours late, one driver arrived, and one carried the doors himself..... I do not recommend contacting this office, as an option, come to see samples and order at another office (Minsk or closer).
