We had a rest in July 2024. The hotel is located somewhere on the outskirts of the city, there are no shops or cafes nearby. There is no Russian-speaking staff from the word at all. There are also very few Russians vacationing at the hotel, a maximum of 10%. The main contingent is Turks, and there are also many Ukrainians.
They occupy the sun beds for days (that is, they do not remove towels from them at all) . they take a queue in the dining room half an hour before the opening, as a result, they fly in, grab as much food as they will never eat, then it's all thrown out, and others don't get it! (but in general, if you still manage to get something in the dining room, then the food is basically not bad, the meat is delicious)
The administration does nothing about it! there is a swollen laminate everywhere in the rooms, it smells of mold, and in general it is dirty everywhere, there are few staff, they do not have time for anything..

This is a budget hotel, you have to understand that this is a foursome. For some reason, the biblio-globe has 5 stars. An objective price-quality relationship, I think. We have just returned from vacation, and I can tell you in detail.
We were put in a room with a non-working air conditioner. Unaccustomed, tired, we just lay down and fell asleep. But the next day I went to investigate, because in this heat it's deadly to be there. At first, they promised to send me a technician in 5 minutes. No one came. In short, it wasn't a receptionist who helped me, but an ordinary bellboy who speaks perfect English. We were given a nice room where everything works. Room 2104.
The rooms are not cleaned. They just make the bed and replenish the water in the refrigerator. But water in any bar on the territory of the hotel is always freely available. I know that many people did not like dirt, there were swearing at the reception. Our place is not perfectly clean, but it was fine. Others, apparently, were very bad.
The food is 5. It is very good and delicious here. The only problem is the queue at dinner for hot, it is better to go not at 19.00, but at about 20.00. Fruits include nectarines, apples, oranges, watermelon, melon. Lots of sweets. You can make burgers at the beach bar and by the pool with slides. There are 4 bars and 1 reception bar and 1 on the beach. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are prepared. There is no difference between "all inclusive" and "ultra all inclusive", so you should not overpay. They gave ice cream from 14.00 to 15.00, again there was a queue, but when there were two employees, it was pretty fast.
There is a shuttle service to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.00, and you can walk for about 20 minutes. But with such a diet, a walk won't hurt for sure😅 On the beach, the hotel owns a narrow strip with sun beds. Once we didn't have enough of them, but turning to an employee, we were offered seats nearby. I speak English, it wasn't a problem for me. But some employees understand Russian too. By the way, just 10 meters and a wild beach - there are no sunbeds, but there are no people, ideal for swimming!
To summarize. Pros: the food is delicious, there is a room with air conditioning and a comfortable bed, the sea is gorgeous, the cost is budget.
Cons: dirt, there may be various problems in the room, sometimes there are not enough sun beds on the beach.

Good evening! We had a vacation with my mother at the end of May 24. The room was clean. Everything worked except the TV couldn't be set up. The staff does not speak Russian. Fortunately, there was a girl at the reception, Sabina, who spoke Russian. There are no complaints about the food, the food was well fed, minus a lot of flies. True, there was no tea in the evening, and there was coffee. To the sea 15 minutes on foot in the heat. There was a shuttle that was not carried willingly with a favor. The beach was clean and the sunbeds were free. The water is free and nothing else. The cleaning was done twice and then randomly. The towel was changed. There were a lot of local Turks vacationing very noisy. The hotel itself is located in a remote location, i.e. it takes 15 minutes to go to the road to the city. They gave 139 thousand for two for such a vacation. The hotel is on a solid 3, but it does not pull at 5 ku in any way.
