Good afternoon!
I've been wanting to write a review about this hotel for a long time. I finally got around to it. Emotions are ambiguous.
1) There was one polite Russian-speaking woman from the staff, Olga, and thank you to her. The others didn't understand a word at all, but that's okay, they just smiled, not all of them, but many...
2) I had to beg for soap, shampoo and toilet paper in the room for several days. Cleaning every other day, sort of.
3) The food will do, but I wouldn't go there with a child, everything is greasy, spicy, etc. There is no animation for children. The playroom consists of tables, chairs and pencils for drawing - have fun, well, there was a small slide.
4) Drinks were poured into dirty DISPOSABLE cups several times. They're probably reusable there.… What's on the bar, what's in the dining room.
5) Animation: Music was just playing every evening. They ask for $1 per song order.
09.09 we celebrated my husband's birthday with a group of friends, I arranged in advance at the reception for congratulations at the "evening disco", if you can call it that. They asked for $10 for it. The agreement was as follows: we sit at a table at the appointed time, the host turns on the song I chose in advance and says the name of the birthday boy, they take out a piece of cake with a candle and everyone is happy.
They didn't name the birthday boy, they tried to turn on the song several times, everything was buggy, but okay, it turned out that way, it's tech. Although, it was our song that had a problem. Noooooo! I repeat. They promised to take out a piece of cake and a candle to the song, but that didn't happen either!!! When I went to the reception, upset, to clarify why everything went wrong? They couldn't really explain anything to me. They forgot, they scored, I don't know! I was very upset and did not continue to find out anything. I returned to the "disco", where the host deliberately started playing sad songs so that we would pay $1 each for funny ones - that's business. There were 7 of us and the festive mood, which he and his clumsy team ruined. At the end of the party, when Olga (the admin) inserted a cradle for her Turkish colleagues, a guy and a girl came on stage holding fountain candles in their hands. It was not clear, of course, to whom this was and for what reason. The name was not mentioned again... 🤦♀️
The next day, I returned to the reception and asked what we were going to do with the payment. And that I am very indignant! Naturally, they didn't charge me for payment.
6) 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. The staff can't handle the garbage on the beach, but it depends on the number of vacationers. We didn't litter, but even cleaned up near our sun beds so that we could enjoy lying on them.

A great family hotel for your money. The rooms are old, but renovated. Choose building B, 3rd or 4th floor, and then enjoy the sea view from the room and the fresh decoration in the room. Alcohol is local, unlimited. The sea is clear, there is a pier or a special ramp for those who cannot walk on the rocks. Take coral slippers. Food to the brim: everything is in abundance (grilled fish, meat, salads, desserts). Theme nights are often held (for example, Italian cuisine). There is a lot of entertainment for young children: a club with a babysitter, master classes, mini disco, children's playground, children's pool, etc

The hotel is a three-star hotel, the rooms have not been renovated for a long time, a large number of locals, especially on weekends. The food is not all delicious, fruits and vegetables are like plastic. There was always dirty water in the communal pool.
