The certificate was delayed much more than promised. Because of this, the interview at the consulate was postponed for 2 months. It would be better to contact any other agency, dozens of which work for the result for the client. I will not advise anyone I know to save my nerves and time spent.

They failed with the execution of documents, but it looks like a serious office. At first they promised, they dragged their time, then they "froze off" and no one called back. We are very unhappy.

I ordered a certificate of non-conviction with an apostille and a translation to provide it in Spain. The certificate was made, and the translation was translated by an ordinary translator with notarization. Spaniards cannot read the Ukrainian language and the translation has no power. Do not make my mistakes and do not order the translation of the certificate by an ordinary translator with notarization - this is wasted money.
