A very old hotel. It requires major repairs.
Inside, the halls are very beautiful in an Arabic luxurious style. There is a small children's cinema, it is free for children, they give out Popcorn. But they play old cartoons there.
There are few restaurants, and they are almost always busy on weekends.
The communal pool is large, the adult area is conditionally divided by a bridge. The pool needs to be repaired
A varied and very high-quality breakfast.
We lived in a villa, this is the residence area. The villa needs a major renovation and immediately. There was a strong damp smell coming from the air conditioner in all the rooms. The wallpaper is peeled off, the furniture is old and outdated. The lagoon is in poor condition: mud. The lagoon is not cooled or heated. We were in early June - the water in it was hot

We rested many times with children, the hotel is family-run, the price-quality ratio,the beach is good, the Ala Card restaurants are average,the buffet is good,there are a lot of people at breakfast, it's not always comfortable, otherwise everything is fine, the rooms are tired, the pillows are blankets too,7 years ago everything was much fresher and more pleasant.

I managed to get acquainted with the hotel manager - Nissan - who actively helped to solve the issues with the check-in.
A wonderful hotel on Palma, a wide selection of rooms, decent and varied cuisine (from classic European to Japanese).
The staff is English-speaking, but there are also Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking staff. As a rule, at least one employee at the reception is Russian-speaking.
There is a swimming pool, gym, beach, relaxation area, bar (even billiards was found)

The most gorgeous place I've ever been.
A very expensive, luxurious hotel.
There is just an incredible oasis on the territory, so many beautiful plants (which is rare for Dubai), an excellent swimming pool, a bunch of cafes and restaurants, and of course, a great beach with everything you need. The chic spa is free for residents. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, and a bunch of different baths and saunas.
An Arabic-style hotel. The room is huge, the bath is just incredible. We received a lot of birthday presents from the staff, for which a special thank you.
Gorgeous view from the room.
Breakfasts are generally a tower. There is EVERYTHING! And in a huge variety.
It was a heavenly vacation. Thank you for your work!

We rest for the second time in this hotel after 1.5 years, a lot has changed. Pros: the presence of a children's room that works until 19:45 and a children's pool, a beautiful interior and large rooms. Cons: lunch included in the price of a choice of Lebanese or Indian cuisine (not even tried). A torn curtain in a 5-star hotel (photo attached) happens. The service is long and it is not a fact that they will bring what they ordered. Dinner the cuisine is international but not delicious, it looks very much like it was cooked by Indians, although 80% of Europeans in the hotel and the people at the neighboring tables were not happy. Oh, what mutton is their hobby, so it's not there. Conclusion we drove purposefully here because we liked it for the first time, but everything has changed, it's good for children, but there is nothing to feed except pasta, and there is also Chinese cuisine there for everyone. Today everything has changed, borscht was given and the food became completely different. Once again , the children liked the children 's room very much . Added a photo of an empty restaurant on Chinese cuisine day. There's a DJ on the beach, it didn't happen but it's a great idea. They spread frozen juice- great. The person who wiped glasses (a trifle) disappeared. They won't pour you any water at dinner, but they did before.

The beach is muddy and there are pebbles and shells.
We lived in a villa, the rooms need renovation. An unpleasant smell from the air conditioning system. The water in the lagoon near the villas does not cool down, it gets very hot during the day and it becomes uncomfortable to swim. The tiles in the lagoon are falling off in places.

Price- quality! For about the 20th visit to Dubai, I stayed in this Jumeirah for the first time. I rented 3 rooms for a family, I was looking for a quiet and non-biting place. Everything is super, I recommend it for a relaxing holiday! The service is 5, the restaurants are weak in my opinion. Everything else is great!

The rooms themselves are very beautiful, but require repair, you can see traces where they are trying to correct / repair. The service is at the highest level, everyone brings in full, towels, mouthwashers and other accessories. There are always fresh flowers in the room. There are complimentary things. Such as a beach bag, shoe covers and lip balm.
Nice pool area and staff working there.
I take a star only for the condition of the rooms, I really want to hope that the hotel administration will start updating the room stock.

I didn't like the hotel. We won't come again. We often come to Dubai and take different 5* hotels. The service suffers a lot, the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are tired. The staff is very intrusive, they can come to the room up to 3 times within two hours, just ask, bring something, or check the bar. The security is very intrusive, they ask a lot of questions, we were kicked off the beach with a photographer, they look at things after shopping. At breakfast, they can remove a plate with food that they haven't eaten yet. We wait for coffee for up to 30 minutes and have to ask three times for it to be brought. The work of security is just a nightmare, I want to emphasize once again, they constantly have questions for residents, stop, ask questions, check, are not allowed to take photos. The staff is not trained, disgusting. We haven't had a worse hotel yet. There are many, many small nuances, tired of the obsessive inadequate attention of the entire staff. The reception is in no hurry to do anything at all. I do not recommend it!

The visual component of the hotel, spacious beautiful rooms with a luxurious oriental-style bathroom, an incredibly aesthetic Zenzi beach restaurant, coastline, pool and beach service are all of course 10 out of 10, but there are many different "BUTS".
1) Dinner in the luxurious "throne room" of the hotel is just a local "masterpiece". Sooooo meager buffet, for a big fan, without normal meat and fish ... a minimum of dishes for preschool and school-age children. The water is not even included, although in general there is at least enough of it on the territory of the hotel! C - service.
2) In principle, there is nothing to feed a 6-7-year-old child in this luxury hotel-only nuggets and fries on all menus and some other similar junk food .... This is all very disappointing for families with children, it seems to me! Chicken soup - only in the room you can order and that is very peculiar.
3) The staff with a strained mask of courtesy on their face, the feeling that they were all very much annoyed does not leave them in any way.
4) Reception is a separate song, apparently the management of the hotel has not awarded them for a long time and did not motivate them. On the day of arrival, they did not really explain anything, did not offer a drink after a long journey, and in general they did not hurry much with the registration. How in 2022/23 not to know that in 5-stars of this level, it is simply impossible without some kind of welcome "ritual"?
5)Well, the sea… The sea on Jumeirah is not the sea, I'm sorry. The sea is in neighboring Ajman, and here is a "lake" with rotten water and a view of neighboring hotels and villas. Entrance to the water with stones.
Such is the aftertaste…But beautiful and rich! That is, that is!

A magnificent hotel!
Definitely recommend it!
There is some grandeur and dignity in it - large-scale, luxurious decoration, magic of the East.
By the way, an episode of the movie Mission Impossible with Tom Cruise was filmed at this hotel.
Positive:
- location on a Palm tree (its own beach, privacy from the hustle and bustle of the city)
- service (staff at every step, lifeguards around the perimeter of the pool - you don't have to worry about children, they monitor safety very carefully; on the beach they offer to wipe sunglasses, use a chilled towel, serve ice cream; all employees smile broadly, welcome the whole day, are interested in the mood and are ready to help everyone; cosmetics in the bathroom and on the beach (sunscreen) - Amouage; chat in WA to solve any questions)
- a variety of breakfasts and dinners (always a lot of seafood, fresh. vegetables, fruits, desserts, pastries, cheeses, special dietary and baby food - all products of the highest quality)
- children's pool and club
- huge swimming pool (water is heated)
- clean beach, great sand (I don't understand the negative reviews about this)
- an amazing bed with the cleanest and most delicate ironed linen, in which you can drown in bliss
- Russian-speaking reception staff (several employees)
And a few minor disadvantages that are always there and do not outweigh the positive impressions of the rest at all:
- some wear and tear is true (there may be stains on the furniture upholstery, the headboard is worn, the plaster on the walls is flying, the children's slides in the pool are faded)
- very high cost of food and sky-high prices for alcohol (bring your own)
- with the HB type of food for dinner, all drinks, including water, are paid (for breakfast for free), and the A la carte restaurant without surcharges is actually one (Lebanese cuisine, very good), the rest of the restaurants (except the main buffet) - with a substantial surcharge
- there is children's food (even a whole corner where children can put food on their own plate), but not enough - for example, there are no soups and mashed potatoes at all
- we celebrated 2 birthdays at the hotel, at registration the administrator upgraded the room category (thank you!) and he promised a little congratulations, but with the congratulations of an adult family member they were late for 1 day (they decorated the bed with rose petals and brought a birthday cake to the room), and they forgot about the second children's birthday altogether

The food is varied, seafood and sushi every evening, grilled meat, cheeses, lots of greens, salads, sweets, fruits, Indian cuisine

A very nice place! Silence, peace, a good sea with almost no waves - the inner water area of the palm tree. On the beach, touching care for guests - water, dispensers with spf 50, spf 30 and after sun is completely free. We really liked it. We don't eat much in the heat, but what we tried was delicious, the breakfasts are good. I recommend it for a beach holiday!
