A great vacation! The impressions were only positive! We will definitely come back here. In short, it is complete peace, silence and deep relaxation.
The hotel is stylish, new, modern. The territory is quite compact, but very green, it smells delicious everywhere. The food is very good and varied. The beach is gorgeous, dolphins have been seen in the sea several times, and gazelles ran along the beach.
The service is on top! Cleaning 2 times a day, towels are laid on the beach. Upon check-in, they presented branded thermoses.
Also, about the middle of my stay in the room, I found an invitation to a cocktail party. I came to it, at first I thought that now they would try to sell me real estate or it was such a lure from the guide. They poured prosecco, served beautiful snacks and desserts. It turned out that the hotel managers were just asking how we were doing and if we liked everything!

Minor repair issues in the room
Sushi was served every day for some reason, but it wasn't delicious
There was salmon, but only smoked, there was never any lightly salted

In November 2024, we spent an unforgettable ten days at the hotel!
The modern and very beautiful design of the hotel is not only in the rooms, reception and halls, but even in the corridors. An excellent architectural solution. Everything is very comfortable!

Very tasty and high-quality dishes. Beautifully decorated.
The staff is wonderful, very attentive. Despite our "amazing" knowledge of English, we understood each other! :)))
The rooms were cleaned twice a day, and towels were changed twice a day. The cleanliness in the room is just perfect. The room is large and very cozy with two beds overlooking the ocean. There are armchairs and a sofa on the balcony, where it is very pleasant to have a cup of tea in the evenings.
Of course the beach! There are simply no words here!!!
Clean with white very fine sand, not only on the shore, but also in the sea. The staff on the beach is beyond praise, which was also very pleased!
The first time I didn't want to leave so early!
A hotel that you want to return to again and again....

On the plus side, a very beautiful hotel with spacious and pleasant rooms, which is located on the first line in a quiet location. Of the minuses, the staff work in a chaotic manner, there is no system, of the 4 restaurants, they serve delicious and well only in one, which stands separately closer to the beach, in the central restaurant you can expect a waiter and 20-30 minutes, you need to beg for an additional spoon or fork!)))) the food quality is average. Definitely not worth the money they charge for it!

Every morning, the workers changed things - they set up a drying and laundry room there. Every morning we gathered on the sun beds with our things , lay down , and we had to wake up to their conversations , knocks , and laughter .

A wonderful hotel, level 5*, new architecture, and blue and white shades, the sea wave and Greece, so it is associated for me. A great beach and awfully sandy and emerald water, it also reminds the Maldives of something. The presence of natural dunes makes the landscape unique. The launch of the new beach club is coming to an end, a glass cube, I think it will be great. Located to the right of the main building, if you look at the sea, the villas fit in perfectly and have excellent service in them. An interesting kids club with an international team.
I think the architecture and service are probably the best hotel in Saadiyat.

Great hotel!!!Special thanks to the manager Raphael, who works at the reception, who knows his job perfectly. He will always answer any question, and knowing the city will prompt you to visit any tour you like. Thanks to him, it is easy to live in this hotel without knowing English.excellent and always smiling staff, the room is cleaned every day, everything you need for a bathroom, a toilet room is replenished every day. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, coffee and tea were also brought daily. Bottled water glass unlimited quantity.I recommend definitely visiting.

A magical oriental fairy tale in reality. If it were possible to put more stars, it would be a million. Thanks to Inessa, an amazing girl, kind, responsive, always ready to help with any questions. Luxury hotel, beach, kitchen, staff, spa. I can only endlessly describe the advantages and the fact that you are greeted as long-awaited friends and you do not need anything. The sea is gorgeous, and the beach and smooth waves are a landscape for the picture. Fruits for every taste, the staff on the beach does everything for you, except for rest, food for anyone, even the most fastidious tourist, will be satisfied. We were with 3 children, from 17 and below. A wonderful quiet place with an amazing kids club. Thank you for our magical vacation!!! I want to note that we have been to many countries and continents, but there was no such hospitality anywhere!!!!!!!

A wave from the sea, more like Varadero, not the Maldives. In this regard, the sea is dead. What kind of animals if swimming with children is sometimes scary because of the wave. Well, it's been 3 days. The rest of the time it's just a wave. The sand is beautiful white, the water is clean. But you have to go to Fujairah to get the fish. Yes, even on a palm tree you can see starfish and cuttlefish. There are only cuttlefish bones on the beach.

The hotel left a double impression. The room and interiors of the hotel are gorgeous, the sea is very beautiful, but at the same time it feels like a vacation in this hotel is still not worth the money. The on-site restaurants are very overpriced. The pools are small. You should try to look for the entrance to the hotel, you left the offside gastropub, but how to get to the hotel is not clear. Either go up to the second floor along the same road that cars drive (there is no footpath), or look for an entrance on the first floor. While searching, we met 2 huge fat cockroaches. As a result, they found the entrance to the conference room and went through it to the hotel, stepping over the assembled structures. In the memo that was given to us, for some reason it says about a deposit to restaurants of 210 AED per person, in fact, they paid upon order.
I think if the room rate is absolutely normal for you, and you pay the money without batting an eye, you will probably like the hotel. If you decide to pamper yourself and stay in a luxury hotel, I do not recommend it.

Great hotel on Saadiat Island. There are no comments for 2 weeks of stay. For children under 5 years old, all meals are free, even when ordering in the room. Nice room, great makeup. The pool and the service nearby are excellent. A beach with snow-white sand. Very tasty a la carte restaurants. I recommend it 100%!

There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. you can rent saps. the pools are shallow - the maximum depth is 120 cm. the pools at the villas have a depth difference from 70 to 110 cm. the staff is polite and not intrusive. the territory is well maintained and tidy. there are children's play areas, a children's pool, a pool for cots under a canopy, several restaurants (Italian cuisine, Asian), there is a hookah bar, there is a spa area. very brazen birds in the dining area - there are a lot of them and they immediately fly into a plate left unattended) but they chirp delightfully in the morning. there are many flowering shrubs growing, bees and ground wasps fly, they tend to fly into a cool place during the day, so they are careful with balconies during the day.

The hotel is good. The rooms are very spacious. The interior of the hotel gives the impression of lightness, airiness. But, in my opinion, there are not enough decorative elements.
The sea is very close. The beach is gorgeous.
There are 4 swimming pools on the territory, including a baby pool.
There are playgrounds and a children's club for children, which, however, only works until 20:00.
The food is normal. Often thematic: Japanese, marine, etc.
Disadvantage: it is problematic to adjust the water in the faucet. And in the morning, the first portions of water are rusty.

The hotel disappointed…How can you claim the status of a 5-star hotel, with such a state of the beach, towels, and the quality of food in restaurants?
Absolutely all the deck chairs are in terrible, dirty, and faulty condition, dirty and torn umbrellas, worn towels, non-working and cracked staff call buttons.
The bed linen in the rooms is dirty, stained, the bathrobes are in the same condition, in general, the feeling of dirt is absolutely everywhere. I had to take a shower in flip-flops!!!. The smell of sewage in the shower and toilet, such that it was sometimes impossible to enter.
In the restaurant, at breakfast, there are always sour freshly squeezed juices, or yesterday's or from an unwashed juicer and mixtures with other juices. The bread is always not fresh, during the week of stay, I only met fresh soft bread and croissants once, obviously all this is baked only once a week. Green salads for breakfast are also mixed with leftover, sour and darkened leaves after dinner.
The territory is terrible, not well maintained everywhere.
All this is not acceptable for a Jumeirah chain hotel (we are staying in Jumeirah Madinat for the 5th time in Dubai, and this is a completely different level!). I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, it is a complete disappointment, a feeling of spoiled rest and lost time....

I lowered the rating only because in the room, if it's quiet, or you start going to bed, you can hear absolutely everything. Every step, every word of the people in the hallway.
We were also offered a free upgrade, but it didn't get any easier, there was a room with an additional door in the room, apparently for the need to use an adjacent room for a large family or two couples, but at some point we realized that this was being used as a technical room, and again all the staff could be heard outside I can see the light below, the feeling that they were right in our room, by ear, the first days, it was very disturbing to fall asleep.
The rest of the usual hotel is clean, beautiful, decent, all "eco", without the use of plastic, they give water bottles, which must then be returned. The area is beautiful and pleasant. There weren't many tourists in February. The beach is gorgeous, really the Maldives.
The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Food according to the "breakfast dinner" system. Everything is very tasty and even exquisite. It is always varied for any most demanding taste. Desserts are beyond praise. Outwardly-as if they came off the pages of a magazine, but there are simply no words to convey this extravaganza of shades and an incomparable combination of fillings. And of course delicious dates with fillings of nuts and candied fruits. We spent an unforgettable vacation on an island with white sand in the middle of the purest azure sea. In many ways, our vacation was formed thanks to the excellent work of the staff. A great place for absolute relaxation, where there is only you, the sea, the sun and competent service.

A magnificent hotel. This is the first hotel we will visit again. We don't usually stay in the same hotel twice.
A huge snow-white beach, a gentle sandy bottom, without corals, without algae. The purest turquoise water in July is +36C.
There are two swimming pools on site, family and adult.
