Decent interior, convenient location, but everything spoils the service: the booking service could not arrange an early check-in for a week. No one warned that on Sunday breakfast starts at 8 am, despite the fact that the night before I talked with the manager about early check-out :-(
The room turned out to be smoky and had not been ventilated for two days, maybe I was just unlucky.

As always, it is very tasty. There is both national and European cuisine. There are even kurt, suzbe, sweet cottage cheese, zhent, etc. from the national cuisine. Fast service, polite and attentive staff. Good location.

A great hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean, the mini bar is paid, water is free, tea in the room and a kettle. The service is excellent. The breakfasts are great. The spa center is just space. The food in the restaurant is delicious and quickly delivered to the room.

Five stars for the fact that it is difficult to find a hotel with an optimal price/quality ratio in Astana. Zhumbaktas is one of the few such. As a minus, it is worth pointing out the lack of pleasant bonuses for regular customers, well, once a quarter there is an opportunity to upgrade the room category for free or some other buns. The kitchen is also good (not breakfast, but on the menu).

The room is large, there is a toothbrush and a shaving kit.
Minuses:
It is impossible to open the windows (they are filled in tightly with sealant). The inflow of fresh air is zero. Ventilation does not work in the room.
Huge pillows, after which the neck hurts.

The location is convenient, in the center. The room is spacious and clean. A delicious breakfast buffet. There is everything you need. But there were shortcomings for the rating of 5, a set of towels for only one person. I had to ask for more. The air conditioner went into error after a few minutes, chipped on the dishes. Tea accessories (tea, coffee, sugar) were not added the next day.
