Great breakfast-oriented place with nice staff. Cozy and laid-back atmosphere included. Outside, there is a small and tidy stray cat house, which is a great animal-loving touch. Good place, recommended 🙂

We went to breakfast for three days in a row and each time we got real pleasure from literally everything! That's a rare case when everything coincided: location, gorgeous interior, hospitality, gorgeous cuisine, food, mood and atmosphere! Everything we chose was delicious! How we got used to these pure flavors, unmasked by spices, sauces and all sorts of decorations! It was a masterpiece, delightful and aesthetically pleasing! You love and respect your guests, and it is felt in every gesture! Bravo! I remember this gorgeous coffee, the most delicate golden cheesecakes, crunchy regular croissants and I look forward to seeing you next year! Thanks!

Very homely atmosphere. It is possible with animals. The service is fast, the staff is friendly. We had scrambled eggs with avocado, pancakes with meat and a chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The coffee is great and the cocoa is with cookies and marshmallows.👍🤩

The best brunches in Yerevan! Very tasty breakfasts (especially Benedict and cheesecakes), excellent coffee, excellent service. I recommend trying desserts separately, in particular tarte. On weekends, it happens that there are no tables, so it's better to book.

Among the disadvantages: a rude female waitress, the waffles at our table did not seem fully baked to everyone, I did not like my salmon salad — it was too watery, with a mild taste, the lemon tart was delicious, but too sweet (for an amateur here), the granola with yogurt was strange - there were few grandees, the yogurt was liquid like kefir + sour-bitter, granola itself is also bitter... Fortunately, there were still some sweet fruits with jam, and they took out the situation.
In general, the place may be pleasant, some dishes are delicious, but I was not lucky at all (

The cafe is good,
Cozy and warm.
I ordered a toast with turkey and avocado, the turkey is very well cooked and I have never tried this combination with avocado.
Lemon lime lemonade has confirmed its name. The staff is polite, they quickly prepared the food, they come very quickly for the order and put the food well on the plate.
This whole establishment is staffed and the place fully deserves 5 stars.

It's very nice and cozy, but the food is 50/50. Every time I order, I have to specify how it is served and with what, because here, for example, cheesecakes are not cheesecakes at all, but cottage cheese donuts and all that.
I've never been able to finish a single dish there yet, at first it seems "interesting", and by the middle it's too sweet/weird/salty/greasy, etc.
On the last visit, the waiter asked, "Did you like everything?» we said, "the cheesecakes were almost raw and greasy, and all the dishes were brought rather cold," to which we received the answer, "WELL, DON'T GO HUNGRY AND IT's ALREADY GOOD." it was with a smile, but there are questions about such service ...😅

I came by to write a review to at least tell you that this is the best falafel bowl I've ever eaten. And I ate a lot of them, because I haven't eaten meat for 9 years!
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. I liked the rest of the menu items too. Desserts are great!
It's great not only to come to breakfast, but also to have tea or a cocktail in the evening if you drink alcohol.
The only drawback is only one toilet. There is also one sink to wash your hands. And she's inside the bathroom. Despite the fact that there are a lot of tables, and the occupancy is sufficient.

Cafe Juli's leaves a double impression. On the one hand, a pleasant interior and cleanliness create an excellent atmosphere for a pleasant pastime. The speed of delivery is amazing – your order will arrive very quickly, which is especially valuable if you want to spend the evening productively or just don't like to wait.
On the other hand, a tight fit can create some discomfort, especially if you are going to a meeting in a large company or just want more personal space.
The pricing is clearly above average, with an average check of about 4,000 Armenian drams. However, the quality of the food fully justifies these costs. Everything is fresh and delicious, the presentation is thoughtful.
In general, Juli's cafe is suitable for those who appreciate quality and are willing to make some compromises in terms of comfort and cost. It's worth going here if you're willing to pay for great food and fast service, but be prepared for the fact that personal space is in short supply here.

I became a regular visitor to this place only thanks to the waiter - Zhora! It's just unrealistically cool, it always helps, it tells you everything, the mood rises when I come here. In general, Julis is not Julis without Zhora!!

A very cozy cafe with excellent coffee and breakfast, friendly and smiling staff, fast service. A wide selection of desserts, its own high-quality bread of several varieties. The service is available in Armenian, Russian and English. There is WiFi. I've been coming here for the second year and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I visited this institution for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere right at the entrance. The interior is interesting, not quite usual for Yerevan, the consistency of style, in my opinion, is an absolutely thoughtful concept. Plus polite and helpful staff, delicious food, interesting presentation. In short, there is everything that a rather demanding visitor needs. It was cozy, calm and delicious.

A wonderful place! I really liked the dishes, desserts, and drinks that I managed to try here. I also liked the level of service: the waiters are always ready to answer any question and suggest something; you don't have to wait a long time and remind someone about something, even if there is a full or almost full landing in the cafe. We went to eat lemon tart on March 8th. It wasn't the best dessert in my life, but it's not bad about Yerevan. But as for the facilities for visitors, there's a problem. For example, there is one toilet for the entire establishment that cannot be accessed unless you stand next to it. Take out the sink so that you can wash your hands and not embarrass the sufferers. Secondly, they made a compliment, apparently in honor of the holiday, but they immediately fell into double discrimination. First, they served one glass of champagne to a man and a woman. Secondly, they did not offer a non-alcoholic alternative. I put one star to attract attention. So the place is a solid 4 stars.
