Great breakfast-oriented place with nice staff. Cozy and laid-back atmosphere included. Outside, there is a small and tidy stray cat house, which is a great animal-loving touch. Good place, recommended 🙂

I visited this institution for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere right at the entrance. The interior is interesting, not quite usual for Yerevan, the consistency of style, in my opinion, is an absolutely thoughtful concept. Plus polite and helpful staff, delicious food, interesting presentation. In short, there is everything that a rather demanding visitor needs. It was cozy, calm and delicious.

A very cozy cafe with excellent coffee and breakfast, friendly and smiling staff, fast service. A wide selection of desserts, its own high-quality bread of several varieties. The service is available in Armenian, Russian and English. There is WiFi. I've been coming here for the second year and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Cafe Juli's leaves a double impression. On the one hand, a pleasant interior and cleanliness create an excellent atmosphere for a pleasant pastime. The speed of delivery is amazing – your order will arrive very quickly, which is especially valuable if you want to spend the evening productively or just don't like to wait.
On the other hand, a tight fit can create some discomfort, especially if you are going to a meeting in a large company or just want more personal space.
The pricing is clearly above average, with an average check of about 4,000 Armenian drams. However, the quality of the food fully justifies these costs. Everything is fresh and delicious, the presentation is thoughtful.
In general, Juli's cafe is suitable for those who appreciate quality and are willing to make some compromises in terms of comfort and cost. It's worth going here if you're willing to pay for great food and fast service, but be prepared for the fact that personal space is in short supply here.

The most friendly staff in Yerevan! Every second Saturday I go to the seagulls in the evening to read - we are always glad!

A wonderful place! I really liked the dishes, desserts, and drinks that I managed to try here. I also liked the level of service: the waiters are always ready to answer any question and suggest something; you don't have to wait a long time and remind someone about something, even if there is a full or almost full landing in the cafe. The interior is a delight! The price tag is very adequate. I sincerely recommend this place!

I love this cafe dearly. Wonderful desserts, I really like the attentive staff and management. Dogfrendly, which is great! Of the minuses, I can only note that favorite dishes and cakes, sometimes, go off the menu. Also, the beautifully named dish turns out to be bread with an egg, and it costs quite expensive. Not all dishes are delicious.

Чудесное кафе. Завтраки весь день. Быстрое, приветливое обслуживание, очень вкусные завтраки по разумной стоимости! Большие порции. Превосходный кофе, это одно из немногих мест где вам приготовят кофе из зерен под ваши предпочтения 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Рекомендую побывать здесь и не только на завтрак.

Great place! Awesome interior, normal prices, very pleasant service - they greet you, advise on food, offer a more convenient place if they suddenly appear. Location - generally silent, the center, there is Parking nearby (but you need to catch a place, of course),
Breakfast all day, there are very, very few such places in Yerevan!

Очень уютное место с дружелюбной атмосферой. Отличный выбор для бранчей по выходным: меню завтраков действует весь день. Вкусная выпечка и разнообразные завтраковые позиции. Кофе тоже достойный (могут приготовить на альтернативном молоке): пробовали уже много где в Ереване, здесь кофе правда один из самых хороших. Официанты очень приветливые и обслуживают быстро. Ходим сюда почти каждое воскресенье, и всегда всё отлично)

Хорошее городское кафе. Завтраки целый день, но есть и меню с обедами. Вкусно, но не стоит ожидать чего-то невероятного: сырники, блины, бенедикт, скрэмбл… Вкусные десерты и достаточно неплохая выпечка. Внутри уютно и спокойно, посетителей почти всегда много, в обед может не быть мест.
Из минусов: сервис, иногда бывает долго, слабая кофейная карта (просится фильтр, но его нет).
Отлично для небольшой компании до 6 человек. Для завтрака, обеда или ужина.

Обожаю это место. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, отличные десерты и еда, кофе великолепный. Отдельно хочу отметить работу управляющей: настоящий профессионал, который незримо, но очень тщательно следит за комфортом посетителей.

Плюсы:
1. Приятная атмосфера внутри
2. Вкусный кофе
3. Вкусные сырники
4. Меню выглядит разнообразным
Минусы:
1. Долгая подача блюд для завтрака. Успели выпить весь кофе, пока ждали.
2. Авокадо-тосты - недоразумение просто. Два маленьких кусочка хлеба из супермаркета, на них полупрозрачный слой гуакамоле, максимум чайная ложка размазана, сверху яйцо пашот. Нельзя так жалеть продукт и называть это авокадо-тост!
3. Нет бесплатной воды. Только в бутылках в стекле за деньги. Для места, специализирующегося на кофе, это более чем странно.
4. Итог: 13,5 тысяч драм за 3 маленьких блюда и 2 кофе - ценник сильно выше, чем за него получаешь.

Здесь создают настроение на весь день 👌🏼❤️ прекрасные завтраки, вкуснейший кофе, внимательное и бережное обслуживание. Одно из немногих мест которое открыто с 8 утра 💫🥰 можно неспешно позавтракать и ехать на экскурсии или гулять по городу.

Берите вафли Чеддер/кофе/цезарь и салат с Пармой и апельсинами. Красиво, персонал огонь и очень уютно. Поработать в тишине наверное не сможете, потому что всегда ажиотаж, но оно того стоит. Лайк

Подтверждаю, что здесь очень уютно! Подвела долгая подача. Довольно вкусная шакшука. Латте… довольно средний, хотя рисунок был очень красивый и было мило. Чизкейк очень прям зашел. Но мне кажется, цены выше среднего. Плюс был момент, что забыли про счет, когда просили и через 10 минут снова пришлось просить.
