A super restaurant in a historic 19th century building, a large menu with national cuisine. Professional and friendly staff, especially the waiter Jasur. There is a hookah, black burn and masthave from tobacco, which is very good for Bukhara. In most other establishments, you will be offered only adalja or sherbet with a light fortress. I advise you to book a place in advance!

We got in on Monday evening and by a lucky chance we got into this institution, as if we felt that we would like it there. I was pleased that there are a lot of national dishes on the menu, we ordered pilaf (oshi Sofi in Bukhara) and manti with pumpkin — we were gastronomically delighted. Thank you for being in the old town, which is very convenient to stop by after a walk.

I really liked it! Delicious. Comfortably. The service is excellent. It was necessary to book in advance. We came to the "maybe we'll be lucky" Lucky. A very nice receptionist girl treated us to tea with oriental sweets while we were waiting for a table. The menu selection is large. The prices are reasonable. And what kind of music .... delight! We came on the recommendation of friends. And they didn't want to look for anything else anymore. But I had to, because you need to book a table a day in advance, and preferably two in advance.
Nevertheless, we managed to eat here several times.
Baked beetroot salad, samsa with potatoes, pilaf - not a single disappointment. I'm a very picky guest, I feel greasy, then spicy, then something else is wrong) but everything was perfect here, just some kind of holiday!
And the service is incredibly pleasant: caring, attentive and intelligent waiters.
In general, this place turned out to be the best for me. I definitely recommend it

After visiting a couple dozen restaurants in Uzbekistan during my trip, I can say for sure: This is the best restaurant in terms of both food quality and deliciousness, for a very good price and perfect service in a very beautiful room!! We visited the restaurant 3 times and everyone from our company was always very satisfied!
I highly recommend this wonderful place! And I wish the restaurant to keep it that way and long years of prosperity!

The visit to the JOY restaurant was just great. Super customer-oriented. The receptionist girl booked us a table at a convenient time. The dishes were very tasty, the service was fast, the prices were wonderful. We were asked to take a picture of us from above, and the request was fulfilled with pleasure, so we got great photos and videos. At the end, the manager complimented us with a plate of fruit. In general, we had a great evening. I highly recommend this place. If we ever visit Bukhara again, we will definitely come back here 👍

We found this place by chance when we were walking around old Bukhara. There were no seats, but we were told that seats should be available after 9 p.m., we left our phone number. We got a call, as promised. In the kitchen, everything is very tasty! Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious! Live music is great! The waiter is attentive. Yes, there is a pleasant atmosphere and courteous service. But waiting for the dish for 30 minutes instead of the promised 7-15 minutes somehow spoiled the impression, and the dishes were not brought to everyone at the table at the same time, someone had already eaten everything, and someone was sitting hungry. Many dishes were not on the menu-they ran out. I had to choose from what I have.
The food itself is delicious, the portions are small, the prices are above average.

Despite the full landing, we were quickly found a table. The service is fast enough. The food and wine list are excellent. They asked to try the wines for the kebabs - they couldn't stop at one. Everyone is amazing. The kebabs are tender, without extraneous flavors.
The building is an ancient caravanserai, which retains an amazing atmosphere. The price tag, of course, is not for every day, but you can arrange a holiday for yourself at least once on vacation.
