I applied for coloring according to the recommendation, I grew my hair for 7 months after highlighting, chose a certain color (light), clarified whether it would be exactly like this, without yellowness, without redness, the master showed the photo and assured that everything would work out without preliminary lightening. As a result, the photo below, I was shocked to ask to see a photo of what was stipulated, the master refused to do it. The roots, length, and ends are in different shades. They offered to redo the work, but alas, I no longer trust this salon and I paid for the work in full, despite the result. Mood swings before the holidays ........
