We've had a rest with my family in this hotel for the umpteenth time. Everything is on top as always! This is one of the best vacation spots. The villas are huge and comfortable, there is everything. The food is excellent, you can order anything! Everywhere is clean and maximally adapted for your rest and relaxation! Everywhere smells very clean and delicious. Separately, I want to say about the staff - welcoming, friendly, professional and responsive. None of your requests or even your eyes will be left without attention and decision. The hero of our current trip is an employee near the main pool (low height), who prepares sunbeds for rest, brings water, towels, cream and orders (forgot his name...), we have never seen such cheerfulness, kindness and openness in our lives for a long time!
Well done! Keep it up! We will definitely come back more than once!
This is the best hotel with a children's club and service and a light summer menu, special thanks for the wonderful Okroshka, I remember it and regret that I did not ask for the recipe. The villa on the water is just wonderful, the work of the 1st and especially our 2nd butler Bek is just super, you are the best 👍🏻 we were at the end of March, and the child had a doctor at the beginning of the month, but she was given a cool gift, decorated the room 🥰 Usually you get tired of hotels in the Maldives in a week, from here Neither we nor the child wanted to leave. Positive:
- beautiful territory
- private sunbathing area
- good breakfasts
Minuses:
- restaurant service: some waiters were extremely unfriendly to us (in a Lebanese restaurant)
- THEFT. Be careful: the hotel allows its staff to steal. Yes, they take some of the entire wad of money out of the purse to make it harder to suspect the loss and push the blame on you. We asked Butler to deal with the situation, but nothing was done. No compliments, no apologies, no proceedings. Just ignore it. "We are conducting an investigation."
- Butler's gaslighting. It sounds amazing, but that's the way it is. On the first day, we reported that we have a lot of ants in the villa and the Internet is almost not working. To which Butler replied: "it's all very strange, everything works for us, we've never had this before." So, in his opinion, did we come up with these problems? Also, after reporting the loss of $ 200, we received a moral warning in response that valuables actually need to be stored in a safe! So this gives the right to the cleaner to climb through suitcases and bags and take anything??? Maybe my underpants were stolen too?
To summarize: my first impression personally was good, then Butler spoiled everything with his boorish attitude, and the impression finally deteriorated in the middle of the vacation after I noticed the loss of money from my purse. The hotel was inactive, in my opinion, this is simply UNACCEPTABLE for such an expensive 5* hotel. It's shameful.
I recommend thinking very carefully before choosing this hotel. We have been to other decent resorts in the Maldives, where we did not touch any of our belongings and communicated very respectfully. And it's definitely not Joali Maldives.
