Large rooms, large balconies with armchairs, good linen on the bed.
There is air conditioning, TV, hardly used.
I liked the pool.
The bathroom is large, there is a bathroom. Shampoos and paper are being renewed.
Cleaning is daily and conscientious.
The breakfasts are decent, there are different fruits every day, scrambled eggs or omelet, sometimes Thai soup, tea, coffee juices, dessert.
The hotel is located at a distance from the beach, roosters are crowing under the windows in the morning, but it wasn't critical for me

Excellent value for money! We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and were very satisfied. The room cost was 2,000 rubles/ day. Yes, the room is old, but it is quite clean and cozy in the hotel. I don't understand those travelers who complain that everything is old and shabby. Guys, you don't buy a room for 10,000 rubles per day) The place is decent for its price. It was very important to have a private balcony! Cleaning was carried out daily, and 20 baht was left as a token of gratitude. A great deep and clean pool where you can swim! There is a "Beach towel" service, very convenient. Some people write that there are ants in the rooms. Yes, they were, but if there is nothing sweet in the room, or at least throw out the remnants of sweets tied in a bag, there should be no problems with this. The location is convenient, there were no loud noises from the street. In general, we were satisfied!

There is even a lot of one star, the ratio of photos and reality is far from reality. The rooms are old, the beds are dirty, the mattresses are torn.The bed linen is dirty, with holes. There are cockroaches in piles in the room, it's scary to sleep. There is no kettle, iron, hair dryer in the rooms.The furniture in the room is curbstones, broken chairs are dirty. The hotel is on a sooooo high mountain. It's a long way to the sea, and you also go out to the not the best place on Patong beach. Nearby there is a grocery store, a fruit shop, a fish/chicken shop and cafes. The breakfasts are mediocre, but you can have something to eat. In general, if it is cheap and you plan to travel around the island, then it will do. And if it's a purely beach holiday, then I would choose another hotel.

A three-star hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms, of course, have shoals in places, but this is all overshadowed by the beautiful weather and the sea. Rooms are cleaned every day, the room has a safe, air conditioning. The pool is clean, open in the evening until 21.00.In the evening, you can sit near the bar, drink your own alcohol, or buy beer from the reception (although it will be more expensive). The hotel is located on a hill, taxis and tuktuks mostly do not go straight up to the entrance, so it is better to go down to the base of the hill before ordering a car. The familymart market is also located there (almost like seveneleven. To the sea, 20 minutes on foot, grocery market, Bangla road, all within 15-20 minutes on foot.

Boldly three stars!
The hotel is located far from the sea, 30 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by bike.
The hotel staff is friendly, Russian is almost not understood, English is spoken perfectly.
The rooms are large and spacious, the furniture is quite old, the air conditioner works perfectly, the bathroom is on "3". There is no hair dryer in the room, you need to take it at the reception. Rooms are poorly cleaned, bed linen is not changed, towels are not changed either, until you ask for it yourself. The water supply is replenished every day. Of the living creatures, I've met small cockroaches three times, and ants are walking, so you can't leave food in the room. There is a refrigerator and a TV. The pool is not large, but relatively clean. You can also take a bike for a ride at the hotel, but it is more expensive at the hotel (you must have Russian and international rights with a category for motorcycles / mopeds, cops slow down at every step).

The hotel is not bad, but it is located on the fourth line, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the sea, there is no shuttle from the hotel to the sea, the hotel stands on a hill, a fairly steep climb to it, there is also a garbage dump near, garbage is just piled on the curb right next to the hotel. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are spacious, the staff is mostly young and friendly. The room has air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, TV, gel, conditioner, shampoo that were topped up, shower cap, cotton swabs. One large towel per person, changed once in 10 days. There was a large closet for things, but there were only 4 hangers for three people. A hair dryer is provided at the reception. Cleaning every day, they give out a bottle of 0.5 liters of water per person every day. Wi-fi crashes in the evenings, apparently a lot of people used it. Breakfast is modest and monotonous, for the fussy. In the shower-toilet, a pipe was flowing, which was in the wall, and water was constantly collecting from the wall, you could only approach the toilet by entering a puddle, they told the administrators several times, but they did not solve the problem in any way, you could only move to another room, which was not offered to us.

If you don't find fault with all this, then you can live. Moreover, you come not only to sit in the room. If you don't clean up the food, a crowd of ants appears. There is a nice swimming pool on site, which is very good in the heat. He often saved me. The breakfasts are monotonous, but in principle they were full. With all the disadvantages, the impression remained good.

There was no cleaning in the room , only visibility , they came to make the beds every day , the towels were not changed , but neatly folded on the bed . I really don't like it , because I no longer know where my towel is and where my husband's is . Very far from the beach, 50 minutes on foot. The breakfast food is terribly not tasty . No one notifies that there is a free shuttle service to the beach , this is a big minus for the agent from Pegasus .

A shabby hotel with ants in the room and lizards in the kitchen. There is no ventilation in the toilet, which is why there is constant humidity, dampness and stench. The hotel staff hangs dirty towels at check-out, which no one has seen in their eyes, and nothing can be explained, since they do not speak English, much less Russian. One of the advantages is that the daughter of the hotel owner has test legs. The furniture in the room is all shabby and ruined and the view from the balcony is not perfect.

We stayed at this hotel together, in January 2019. The overall impression of the hotel is poor. Very dirty, very poor cleaning, noise from the window from the road (scooters noisily climbing the mountain), roosters screaming from 5 a.m. and children frolicking in the pool.
The bed linen was not changed, even after contacting the reception (repeatedly), the sheets were simply turned from one side to the other. The linen and towels were dirty, as if they had been used to wash the floor, the foot towel had not been changed once in two weeks, by the end of the rest it was very dirty. The maids were seen counting clean linen and towels, putting them on the floor in the hallway. When cleaning the rooms, replacement towels often ran out and the maids left blue towels for the pool, they smelled of mold and sweat, because of this they also communicated with the reception, but there was no result. The curtains in the room were very dirty, gray with dust and closer to the floor with mold. The furniture is old, but generally normal. A bathroom with a shuttered window directly opposite the bed is extremely awkward, with such a bathroom it is better not to experiment with the choice of dishes, absolutely everything is audible. The bath curtains stink and are covered with mold, there is mold on the tile. There is no warm water all the time, you can wash with pleasure only early in the morning or if you return to the hotel before sunset, then the water runs out.
There were no cockroaches, there were ants, but not intrusively.
Breakfast - as luck would have it, in general it was good for a cheap hotel, they gave fruit, but very little: they would take out a tray on which a watermelon was spread out in one layer, people would sort it out in 5 minutes and that was it, the next portion was taken out in 15 minutes.
The hotel is located far from the beach and on a rather sharp elevation, if you do not take a moped it will be very inconvenient.
The photos of the rooms match reality, but they do not show dirt and ruin.
The hotel is bad, but not a disaster, you can go on a super-cheap tour. I definitely do not recommend booking when planning a tour on your own, there are much better options for this price.
