The breakfast included in the price is quite varied, everything is delicious, the restaurant staff is loyal, I was late once, but I was fed.

Air conditioning, TV, plumbing, everything is working properly. The linen is crisp, there are enough towels, slippers, a bathrobe, everything is there.

The rooms are dirty, one of the rooms had a used condom on the floor at check-in. The bed linen is stained with yellow spots, hair. The toilets are dirty. We reviewed 4 rooms, all in an unsanitary condition. Obviously, rooms are rented by the hour (for comfort). The administrator was not in place at 12:00 p.m. Don't waste any money or time.
Horror. The laundry is dirty, the toilet barely flushes, the sockets are all hanging out (also vertical - the charger from the macbook falls out), no one has ever cleaned the bed, the reception sleeps at night and does not answer the calls (although I warned that I would arrive at 4-5 a.m.). Also, a deposit of 10 thousand tenge is charged for a very meager minibar.
The most disgusting place, fines are invented on the go, do not move the beds, do not go here, do not sit here, do not eat, do not stand here, do not drink coffee. The food is just terrible, the staff talks as if you came to their house without asking. I don't recommend it to anyone. Disgusting

Probably a very good hotel by local standards. Spacious room, relatively new furniture, clean and comfortable bed, new plumbing, 24-hour restaurant. The quality of the cleaning suffers. I found an earring on the floor, most likely the previous guest. It's strange that the maid didn't notice her. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, there was no cleaning, towels were not changed, garbage was not taken out. One window does not close, there are no thick curtains on the windows, in the bathroom in the shower with the door closed, there is a palm-wide gap through which water pours onto the floor, there are traces of leaks on the ceiling. Somehow everything is not thought out, not finalized and not well maintained.
The photos are surprisingly consistent with reality. And by the way, I found a hotel through booking, but the price there was 15,000 tenge, and the price from the counter was 12,000
