The granny at the barrier is asking stupid questions! They do not immediately let you into the territory, explain to the person that there is a transport company on the territory where people constantly come for their cargo.

The feedback is 0 . all problems caused by you or their employees are your personal problems!!! You will pay for all of them. Even if it's their fault. One of the advantages is the wide geography in Kazakhstan and reasonable prices for interterminal transportation. Otherwise, there are disadvantages.
