We used to work with this company all the time. But things got worse each time. There are a lot of restrictions on the categories of goods they carry. And you'll find out about it when they've already accepted the cargo. For a long time they could not find the cargo, then it turned out that there was a danger class. Then why was he accepted? It was just lying in their warehouse. Naturally, no one informed anyone. We are currently using another carrier, but I hope for further cooperation.

I went into their office resembling a barn in order to ask how to receive my parcel. They didn't let me say a word as the guy was either Korean or Kalmyk, and he immediately started shouting.
Then, a Russian woman gave me 2 identical invoices (although I came to pick up 2 parcels). I had to go to their office again and sort it out.
There was another picture waiting for me right in their warehouse: no one wanted to give me MY parcels. The workers "pushed" each other. And a certain Gray (Serega, apparently) completely stood with his back and did not respond to my requests at all.
Neither in the office nor in the warehouse does any of the workers wear uniforms. You won't understand who works there, and who came to pick up the parcels.
You can stupidly come to their warehouse and pick up someone's parcel and leave. No one is paying attention to you. I am attaching a photo.
I had to look for my parcels myself among the things scattered around the warehouse.
As a result, they didn't even help to load the boxes into the car.

I called the cool center with a request to sort out the order, since the parcel is taking a long time, they promised to call back from the local branch, but there was no call. In general, they do not want to work and support the face of the company. You should change the staff, how many young, promising people are looking for work, and you keep some boors, one name is SPECIALISTS.
