The hotel is very, very shabby, once it may have been worthy of three stars, but now it does not reach this level either. No, there are no cockroaches there, probably because there is no food either. The breakfasts are very poor. The rooms are very cramped, in a double room, almost the entire room is occupied by a bed. But this is not because the bed is so big, the bed is just very small. At the same time, there is less than a meter of space around the bed, there is nowhere to put suitcases properly. Apart from small bedside tables and a table under the TV opposite the bed, there is nothing else in the room. Well, except that the glass door to the balcony is less than a square meter in size and the same glass door to the bathroom opposite, right next to the headboard. Just behind the glass door, on the left, there is a poor toilet bowl in the center, an even simpler washbasin, such that you can't even put a glass with a toothbrush on it. To the right of the washbasin, behind a glass partition, there is a shower. There is a worn carpet on the floor in the room, the same as in the corridors of the hotel. But the most important highlight was the threshold on the floor, right under the front door to the room, also covered with carpet, like the entire floor, through which, at first, it was impossible to pass without stumbling. But this hotel had one huge plus - it is located within walking distance from the main gate to the old town, which is essentially an oriental bazaar, in the center of which is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. However, it must be said that this notorious walking accessibility led to the fact that the legs fell off by the end of the day, but you do not have to go anywhere by bus and obey the schedule of tourist groups. We have heard many complaints from tourists that cunning Jews take groups to shopping malls and fur and wine shops and it takes a lot of time, but in all holy places there are queues to shrines and guides did not give people time to get to the shrines in these queues. Therefore, many of the shrines that we visited several times were not destined for tourists from buses to see. So, after all, the hotel had a plus. Therefore, those who do not care about comfort at all can stay in it without problems. Comfort was not particularly important to us, however, we did not expect it to be to such an extent...
Convenient location. Excellent breakfasts. First, they checked into a room with a bathroom.a knot right in the room behind the glass. It was worth taking a shower, the whole floor in the room was one big puddle. The next day they moved into a nice spacious room with a separate bathroom.a node.
