For the male haircut of an 11-year-old boy who came unaccompanied by adults, the administrator took 22 rubles instead of 19 rubles. Although, when we signed up by phone the day before, the amount of 19 rubles was announced. I was not too lazy, I went to the hairdresser to find out why there was such a difference in the amount, the administrator replied: "Treat your head." It seems like the arrogance and rudeness of this administrator (sprawled in a chair) There is no limit. It is a pity that the excellent craftsmen working here lose customers because of such workers. It seems that the administrator still did not understand that we pay money for the provision of services and we do not need her advice on head treatment. It's a pity, but we won't contact this institution anymore! Although we have been regular customers since the opening of the barbershop.

The Soviet barber shop. The disgusting solarium, very weak lamps, are obviously changed less often than necessary. Several lamps in it have not been working for just years. The functions in the solarium itself also do not work at all. And with all this, the price is at the level of good tanning salons in a city with good service and prestige. It feels like they bought a used solarium, and the cheapest option.

Not a salon, but a smoking room. The masters are smoked to the point of nausea. The smell of smoking does not fade. The receptionist is not friendly and rude. this is not the same salon that it was before, a smoky eatery of some kind.
